山東重工濰柴動(dong)力(li)(li)一直(zhi)秉持“綠(lv)色動(dong)力(li)(li)、國際濰柴”的(de)經營理念,在低碳排放(fang)、循環經濟及(ji)資源(yuan)節(jie)約(yue)綜合利用等(deng)方面做了大量(liang)工作。
一是調結構促發展(zhan),打造綠色產品(pin)
山東重工(gong)濰(wei)(wei)(wei)柴動(dong)力(li)在運行(xing)體制、商(shang)業模式、技術研(yan)發(fa)、內部管理(li)等領域(yu),進行(xing)了(le)(le)全(quan)方位、系統性的創新(xin),走出了(le)(le)一條自(zi)主創新(xin)的內涵(han)式發(fa)展道路。濰(wei)(wei)(wei)柴動(dong)力(li)就在國(guo)內率(lv)先成功研(yan)發(fa)了(le)(le)滿足國(guo)Ⅲ、國(guo)Ⅳ和(he)國(guo)Ⅴ排放標準、擁(yong)有完全(quan)自(zi)主知識產(chan)權的大(da)功率(lv)高速柴油機(ji),主要技術指標與國(guo)際先進水平接軌(gui)。其中,目前(qian)(qian)在市場大(da)批量配套的藍擎國(guo)Ⅲ發(fa)動(dong)機(ji),比國(guo)內同類產(chan)品(pin)節油15%以上。一直以來,山東重工(gong)濰(wei)(wei)(wei)柴動(dong)力(li)致(zhi)力(li)于替(ti)代燃(ran)料內燃(ran)機(ji)產(chan)品(pin)的研(yan)發(fa),濰(wei)(wei)(wei)柴LNG(液化天(tian)然氣)動(dong)力(li)目前(qian)(qian)已廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于長途客車(che)、寬體自(zi)卸車(che)、重型(xing)卡(ka)車(che)和(he)工(gong)程機(ji)械領域(yu)。
二是擔責(ze)任(ren)重循環,發展(zhan)綠(lv)色制(zhi)造
近年來(lai),濰柴(chai)積(ji)極發(fa)展綠(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)綠(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)產品的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,注重(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)過(guo)程的(de)(de)(de)綠(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)節(jie)能(neng)(neng),真正(zheng)將(jiang)“綠(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)濰柴(chai)”做到實處(chu)。在(zai)老廠區建(jian)設(she)日處(chu)理水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)4400噸(dun)(dun)(dun)的(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再生(sheng)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)全部進污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)站并實現“閉路循環(huan)”,該系(xi)(xi)統年回(hui)收(shou)廢(fei)油100多(duo)(duo)噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年減少工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排(pai)放量(liang)120萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)150多(duo)(duo)萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年節(jie)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)150萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun)。在(zai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)園區,建(jian)設(she)日處(chu)理能(neng)(neng)力1000噸(dun)(dun)(dun)的(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)再生(sheng)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)分(fen)質(zhi)預(yu)處(chu)理、再綜(zong)合(he)處(chu)理的(de)(de)(de)先進工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),年回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun)、節(jie)約新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)36萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun)。企業(ye)(ye)(ye)經處(chu)理回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廣(guang)泛(fan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)各大系(xi)(xi)列(lie)柴(chai)油機的(de)(de)(de)試車循環(huan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、生(sheng)產工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、廁(ce)所沖冼水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、消防用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等生(sheng)產與生(sheng)活雜用(yong)(yong)(yong),既減少了(le)新(xin)鮮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)消耗,又改善了(le)環(huan)境(jing)、減少了(le)污染。新(xin)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)鑄造(zao)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)園,工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)設(she)計中(zhong)充分(fen)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)低能(neng)(neng)耗、節(jie)能(neng)(neng)型的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產設(she)施,并采用(yong)(yong)(yong)余熱利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術,安裝(zhuang)沖天爐高溫煙(yan)氣余熱利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統、蒸汽冷凝水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)回(hui)收(shou)系(xi)(xi)統,實施余熱、余能(neng)(neng)回(hui)收(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong),有效減少園區采暖(nuan)蒸汽及(ji)天然氣消耗。其中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)80噸(dun)(dun)(dun)熱風富氧(yang)沖天爐,鑄件綜(zong)合(he)廢(fei)品率控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)1.8%以下,噸(dun)(dun)(dun)鑄件耗焦220千克,較(jiao)國(guo)內平(ping)均水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平(ping)年可(ke)節(jie)約焦炭4.7萬噸(dun)(dun)(dun);通過(guo)余熱利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術將(jiang)煙(yan)氣二次(ci)燃燒,鐵水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫度達(da)(da)1500-1550℃,熔化效率提高45%;通過(guo)舊砂(sha)回(hui)收(shou)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術,使廢(fei)砂(sha)再生(sheng)率達(da)(da)到85%以上;利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)全密封(feng)布袋除(chu)塵(chen)技(ji)(ji)術,煙(yan)塵(chen)去除(chu)率達(da)(da)到99.8%。
三是結合國(guo)家科研項目,助推發展綠色動力
濰(wei)柴(chai)動(dong)力(li)結(jie)合國家重點科研項目,開展工程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)動(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)命周(zhou)期模塊化(hua)設計技術(shu)研究(jiu)。通過發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)、液力(li)變(bian)矩器和變(bian)速箱的(de)(de)結(jie)構優(you)化(hua)設計,開發(fa)(fa)工程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)動(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)振動(dong)和噪聲控(kong)制技術(shu),從結(jie)構上(shang)抑(yi)制了振動(dong)的(de)(de)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)其(qi)傳遞和輻射的(de)(de)問(wen)題。首次將(jiang)面向全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)命周(zhou)期的(de)(de)綠(lv)色設計理念應(ying)用到(dao)工程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)動(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設計支(zhi)持系統中,并(bing)開發(fa)(fa)出基于全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)命周(zhou)期綠(lv)色設計知(zhi)識(shi)模型(xing)以(yi)及(ji)知(zhi)識(shi)重用技術(shu)的(de)(de)工程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)動(dong)力(li)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)綠(lv)色設計支(zhi)持系統。
