近日,中(zhong)國重汽集團橋箱公(gong)司MAN錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)自(zi)動線實現效率(lv)(lv)提(ti)(ti)升,通過(guo)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參(can)數(shu)(shu)優化,成功(gong)奪回“黃金30秒(miao)”。MAN錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)全自(zi)動加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)線自(zi)投入(ru)使用(yong)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)年多時(shi)間里,以其穩(wen)定、智能、高效的(de)(de)特(te)點,為MAN錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)生產(chan)(chan)做出了很大貢獻。但(dan)在齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),鉆孔工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)一(yi)(yi)直被(bei)視為生產(chan)(chan)效率(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)瓶(ping)頸,該工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率(lv)(lv)每(mei)延(yan)遲(chi)一(yi)(yi)秒(miao),整(zheng)個生產(chan)(chan)線的(de)(de)單件(jian)下(xia)(xia)線時(shi)間也(ye)就延(yan)長一(yi)(yi)秒(miao)。針對這一(yi)(yi)問題,齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)部技(ji)術人員想過(guo)很多辦(ban)法,嘗(chang)試(shi)過(guo)很多種方(fang)式,但(dan)是(shi)收效均布明顯。但(dan)在近期嘗(chang)試(shi)調整(zheng)鉆孔的(de)(de)切削(xue)參(can)數(shu)(shu)中(zhong),取得突破性(xing)進(jin)展。適當提(ti)(ti)高轉速(su),同時(shi)將進(jin)給速(su)度從(cong)450mm/min提(ti)(ti)升到550mm/min,經過(guo)反復試(shi)驗,切削(xue)參(can)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)修改并(bing)沒有影響產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量和刀具的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間卻成功(gong)縮(suo)短(duan)近30秒(miao)。也(ye)就是(shi)說,齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)單件(jian)下(xia)(xia)線時(shi)間縮(suo)短(duan)了30秒(miao),其他工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)等待(dai)時(shi)間也(ye)縮(suo)短(duan)了30秒(miao)。每(mei)班產(chan)(chan)品(pin)下(xia)(xia)線數(shu)(shu)從(cong)55件(jian)增加(jia)到65件(jian),提(ti)(ti)高了生產(chan)(chan)效率(lv)(lv)。
