11月22日,山(shan)(shan)東省交通運輸廳在濟(ji)南組(zu)織召開“高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)不(bu)停車計(ji)重收費系(xi)統及設備(bei)開發(fa)與應(ying)用”課題鑒(jian)(jian)定會(hui)(hui)。該課題由山(shan)(shan)東高(gao)速(su)股(gu)份(fen)公(gong)(gong)司、山(shan)(shan)東德魯(lu)泰計(ji)量(liang)科技有限公(gong)(gong)司、山(shan)(shan)東中(zhong)創(chuang)軟件股(gu)份(fen)有限公(gong)(gong)司共同完成(cheng)。鑒(jian)(jian)定委員會(hui)(hui)由來(lai)自(zi)中(zhong)國公(gong)(gong)路(lu)學會(hui)(hui)、河北、貴(gui)州和(he)山(shan)(shan)東的7位專家(jia)組(zu)成(cheng),河北高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)管(guan)理局左(zuo)海波研究員任主任委員。
山(shan)東省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)運輸廳科技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)處郝麗杰副處長、股份公司有關(guan)(guan)負責(ze)同(tong)志出(chu)席會(hui)議并講話。鑒定委員會(hui)觀(guan)看了課題試驗(yan)(yan)現場錄像(xiang),聽取了課題組(zu)有關(guan)(guan)報(bao)告(gao),審(shen)查了相關(guan)(guan)文檔資料,并進(jin)行了現場質詢(xun)和閉門討論(lun)。鑒定委員會(hui)從技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、管理(li)(li)、應用(yong)創(chuang)新(xin)等層面進(jin)行了審(shen)議,認為該項成果“系統(tong)設計(ji)合理(li)(li)、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)先(xian)進(jin),預(yu)期可(ke)產生良好的社會(hui)經(jing)濟效益,推廣前(qian)(qian)景廣闊(kuo),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成果達到國際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)水平,并建(jian)議結合實(shi)(shi)際(ji)應用(yong)環(huan)境,進(jin)一步完善技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),逐步推廣應用(yong)”。“高速公路(lu)不停車(che)(che)計(ji)重收(shou)費(fei)系統(tong)及設備(bei)開發與(yu)應用(yong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)”課題于2012年(nian)列(lie)入省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)計(ji)劃。課題組(zu)通(tong)過大(da)量調研(yan)(yan),立足實(shi)(shi)際(ji)應用(yong)環(huan)境和各方需(xu)求,從不停車(che)(che)計(ji)重車(che)(che)道(dao)系統(tong)設計(ji)、秤臺設計(ji)與(yu)選(xuan)擇、收(shou)費(fei)軟(ruan)件(jian)流(liu)程(cheng)設計(ji)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)現、功能(neng)測試方案與(yu)實(shi)(shi)測檢驗(yan)(yan)等方面進(jin)行研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。該課題的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)內(nei)容對(dui)于實(shi)(shi)現貨車(che)(che)不停車(che)(che)計(ji)重收(shou)費(fei)、節能(neng)減(jian)排(pai)、提高交(jiao)通(tong)行業服務質量具有重要(yao)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)價值(zhi)和工程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)意義,目前(qian)(qian)該項成果已獲得國家(jia)專(zhuan)利。
