針對在汕頭(tou)市第二過海(hai)水(shui)管(guan)續(xu)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程、丹陽市黃崗取(qu)水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程和上(shang)(shang)海(hai)青(qing)草沙水(shui)源地原水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程等測(ce)量(liang)中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)通(tong)訊線(xian)數量(liang)繁(fan)多(duo)、布線(xian)和維護工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)大(da)、故(gu)障排除困難等問(wen)題和缺陷(xian),上(shang)(shang)海(hai)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)基礎集團自(zi)主(zhu)研發了超(chao)長距離(li)頂(ding)管(guan)自(zi)動測(ce)量(liang)系統,將原系統的(de)數據傳遞方法由傳統的(de)多(duo)線(xian)連接(jie)改(gai)為(wei)單線(xian)連接(jie),通(tong)過給每臺全站(zhan)儀(yi)配(pei)置(zhi)一個帶有地址識(shi)別(bie)功能的(de)雙(shuang)向轉換器,使所有儀(yi)器都(dou)采用同一根通(tong)訊線(xian)與計(ji)算機連接(jie),各臺全站(zhan)儀(yi)既能保持相互獨(du)立,又能協同工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。該(gai)項(xiang)創新成果已經在上(shang)(shang)海(hai)白龍港(gang)一超(chao)長距離(li)頂(ding)管(guan)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)成功應用并申(shen)請專利(li)。與傳統的(de)多(duo)線(xian)連接(jie)相比,單線(xian)連接(jie)不(bu)僅大(da)大(da)降低了成本,節省了時間,還提高了超(chao)長距離(li)頂(ding)管(guan)自(zi)動測(ce)量(liang)系統的(de)可(ke)靠性(xing)。
