近年來,廣西(xi)(xi)建(jian)工集(ji)團(tuan)緊緊抓住中國(guo)—東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)自貿(mao)區建(jian)成開(kai)發(fa)(fa)的(de)契機,積極發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)廣西(xi)(xi)面向東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)開(kai)放(fang)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)“橋頭堡(bao)”的(de)區位優勢,圍繞“21世紀海上絲綢之(zhi)路”和(he)(he)周邊國(guo)家基礎設(she)施建(jian)設(she)重(zhong)(zhong)點,及時(shi)調整戰(zhan)略布(bu)局,將“走出(chu)去”的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)點由傳統的(de)非(fei)洲、中東(dong)(dong)(dong)、東(dong)(dong)(dong)南亞(ya)等轉向東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng),先后(hou)在(zai)越(yue)南、泰國(guo)、馬來西(xi)(xi)亞(ya)、柬(jian)埔寨等國(guo)承接了一批(pi)大(da)型(xing)建(jian)筑安裝工程項目(mu),在(zai)東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)市場份額、知名度和(he)(he)影響力不(bu)斷擴大(da),東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)國(guo)家業(ye)務收入(ru)所(suo)占(zhan)比重(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)斷攀升(sheng)。據統計,2010年以(yi)來,廣西(xi)(xi)建(jian)工集(ji)團(tuan)在(zai)東(dong)(dong)(dong)盟(meng)國(guo)家工程施工承包、機械設(she)備出(chu)口和(he)(he)國(guo)際貿(mao)易額已經超過60億元。
實現從“借(jie)船出(chu)(chu)海(hai)”到(dao)“造船出(chu)(chu)海(hai)”的轉型升級。借(jie)助中央企業、政(zheng)府部(bu)門(men)、駐外中資機構、合(he)作伙伴和(he)(he)中國—東盟(meng)博覽會、中國東盟(meng)貿(mao)易與(yu)投資峰會等資源和(he)(he)平臺,廣(guang)西(xi)建工(gong)(gong)集團先后成功(gong)承接(jie)了印尼三林糖廠(chang)(chang)、越(yue)(yue)南林同氧(yang)化鋁項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、越(yue)(yue)南廣(guang)寧省利來大(da)酒店項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、越(yue)(yue)南峴港銀岸(an)大(da)酒店工(gong)(gong)程(現稱越(yue)(yue)南峴港皇冠(guan)假(jia)日酒店)、越(yue)(yue)南寧平(煤頭)化肥廠(chang)(chang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、泰國武里(li)南能(neng)源公司9.8MW生物質能(neng)發電項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、武里(li)南能(neng)源公司糖廠(chang)(chang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、泰國烏(wu)泰他尼新建糖廠(chang)(chang)EPC總(zong)承包項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)、柬埔寨黃(huang)田(tian)糖廠(chang)(chang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)等一大(da)批工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)與(yu)安裝精品項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),探(tan)索出(chu)(chu)了一條穩(wen)健和(he)(he)成功(gong)“走出(chu)(chu)去”的發展(zhan)路子(zi)。
堅(jian)持(chi)實施(shi)精品(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),以(yi)精品(pin)(pin)帶動市場開拓。堅(jian)持(chi)“以(yi)質(zhi)(zhi)量創(chuang)品(pin)(pin)牌、以(yi)精品(pin)(pin)開拓市場”的(de)(de)理念,涌現出了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)批優(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)和(he)有影響力的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。如,越(yue)(yue)南寧平(煤(mei)頭)化肥廠項目部根據(ju)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需求,不斷革(ge)新(xin)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,先后創(chuang)新(xin)出“煤(mei)斗后澆筑法”、“門窗后安裝法”等專項優(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,大(da)大(da)縮減(jian)了(le)(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期。項目的(de)(de)進度(du)、質(zhi)(zhi)量、安全(quan)、文(wen)明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等均受到高度(du)認可,帶動了(le)(le)“二次經(jing)營”,使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)造價(jia)由(you)最初的(de)(de)3700萬元增(zeng)加(jia)到1.54億元。由(you)廣西(xi)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集團承建的(de)(de)泰(tai)(tai)國(guo)(guo)烏泰(tai)(tai)他尼糖(tang)(tang)(tang)廠項目,日榨(zha)甘蔗12000噸(dun)、日回熔精糖(tang)(tang)(tang)700噸(dun),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)總投資10.2億元人民幣(bi),是中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)企業(ye)在(zai)泰(tai)(tai)國(guo)(guo)第一(yi)(yi)個成功(gong)以(yi)EPC方式(俗稱交鑰匙工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng))總承包的(de)(de)項目,95%以(yi)上的(de)(de)設備為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)制造,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)總造價(jia)低、質(zhi)(zhi)量優(you)(you),總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期比合同(tong)時間提前120天,被泰(tai)(tai)國(guo)(guo)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)業(ye)界譽為(wei)“創(chuang)造了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)個奇跡”。越(yue)(yue)南峴(xian)港(gang)銀(yin)岸(an)大(da)酒店工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)在(zai)峴(xian)港(gang)創(chuang)造了(le)(le)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)速度(du)”,成為(wei)當地精品(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)典范,并獲評國(guo)(guo)家優(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)銀(yin)質(zhi)(zhi)獎(海外工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)類)。
堅(jian)持以(yi)國(guo)際工(gong)(gong)程承(cheng)包帶(dai)動國(guo)際貿易、以(yi)國(guo)際貿易推動國(guo)際工(gong)(gong)程承(cheng)包的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展思路(lu),積極推動兩條腿走路(lu)。旗(qi)下建筑(zhu)機械(xie)公司(si)生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)塔式(shi)起重機、施工(gong)(gong)升降(jiang)機等(deng)5個(ge)品種設(she)備遠銷歐洲、亞洲和(he)非洲30多個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)和(he)地區,在越南(nan)、老撾、柬(jian)埔(pu)寨、泰(tai)國(guo)、馬(ma)來西亞、文萊、菲(fei)律(lv)賓(bin)等(deng)國(guo)市場有較強的(de)(de)(de)(de)市場競爭力。積極拓(tuo)展東盟市場,在越南(nan)和(he)泰(tai)國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)木薯淀(dian)粉,印尼、越南(nan)、菲(fei)律(lv)賓(bin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)礦石(shi)貿易等(deng)方(fang)面業(ye)務(wu)量猛增,在機電設(she)備、建筑(zhu)設(she)備出口方(fang)面成效(xiao)明顯(xian),并帶(dai)動了建筑(zhu)安裝工(gong)(gong)程承(cheng)包業(ye)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,同時為國(guo)際工(gong)(gong)程承(cheng)包提供了有利的(de)(de)(de)(de)資(zi)源、信息等(deng)便利,達到(dao)了互有支撐、良性(xing)互動的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果。
