近(jin)日,由上(shang)海城(cheng)建(jian)旗(qi)下(xia)隧道股份設計研發的(de)超大(da)(da)(da)(da)矩(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管(guan)機在鄭州(zhou)緯四路(lu)下(xia)穿中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)州(zhou)大(da)(da)(da)(da)道隧道接收井順利進(jin)(jin)(jin)洞,完(wan)成我國(guo)自主知識產權(quan)超大(da)(da)(da)(da)頂(ding)管(guan)裝備在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)原大(da)(da)(da)(da)地(di)的(de)“處(chu)女(nv)航”。擔任(ren)(ren)此次隧道掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)任(ren)(ren)務的(de)矩(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管(guan)掘進(jin)(jin)(jin)機“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)州(zhou)一(yi)號(hao)”尺(chi)寸(cun)為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)之最,外徑達7.5m×10.4 m。采用矩(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管(guan)技術不需要進(jin)(jin)(jin)行大(da)(da)(da)(da)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)的(de)開挖作業(ye),大(da)(da)(da)(da)幅度(du)減(jian)少施工(gong)占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji),并(bing)且大(da)(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)(da)減(jian)小了隧道的(de)埋深(shen),提高(gao)淺(qian)層地(di)下(xia)空(kong)間(jian)的(de)利用率,節(jie)約35%以上(shang)的(de)地(di)下(xia)空(kong)間(jian)。因此,雖然鄭州(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)州(zhou)大(da)(da)(da)(da)道的(de)地(di)底(di)正在進(jin)(jin)(jin)行世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最大(da)(da)(da)(da)、最長的(de)矩(ju)形(xing)隧道工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),但地(di)面(mian)(mian)上(shang)的(de)交通仍然暢通無阻。目(mu)前,上(shang)海城(cheng)建(jian)正在加緊(jin)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)矩(ju)形(xing)頂(ding)管(guan)系統(tong)化技術研究,并(bing)考慮將“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)州(zhou)一(yi)號(hao)”改裝為(wei)矩(ju)形(xing)盾構(gou)。屆時,地(di)下(xia)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)斷面(mian)(mian)非開挖技術將登上(shang)一(yi)個新的(de)臺階(jie)。
