“知為(wei)行之始,學(xue)(xue)為(wei)用之先”。“兩學(xue)(xue)一(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”的基(ji)礎(chu)在(zai)“學(xue)(xue)”,關鍵在(zai)“做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”,湖北(bei)襄(xiang)陽國資(zi)委黨委在(zai)不斷夯實(shi)“學(xue)(xue)”的基(ji)礎(chu)上,牢牢抓住“做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”的關鍵,以“崗位建功(gong)”主題(ti)實(shi)踐(jian)活動(dong)為(wei)抓手,進一(yi)步深化“兩學(xue)(xue)一(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”學(xue)(xue)習教(jiao)育,取(qu)得較好(hao)效果。
近日(ri),襄(xiang)陽國資委(wei)黨委(wei)印發了(le)《關于在“兩學一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)”學習教育(yu)中開展(zhan)(zhan)“崗(gang)(gang)位建功做(zuo)(zuo)表率我為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)黨旗(qi)添光彩”主題(ti)(ti)實踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的通知》,要(yao)求在機(ji)關和企業通過(guo)開展(zhan)(zhan)崗(gang)(gang)位建功主題(ti)(ti)實踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)深化“兩學一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)”學習教育(yu)的重要(yao)內容,使主題(ti)(ti)實踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)檢驗“兩學一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)”學習教育(yu)效果的試金石和校(xiao)時器。這一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)主題(ti)(ti)實踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的開展(zhan)(zhan),較好地解決(jue)當前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些黨員精神不(bu)振,不(bu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)、不(bu)會(hui)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)、不(bu)善為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)和不(bu)起(qi)先鋒(feng)模范(fan)作(zuo)用等問題(ti)(ti),有力(li)地推動(dong)(dong)了(le)“兩學一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)做(zuo)(zuo)”學習教育(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)深入開展(zhan)(zhan)。
為(wei)突出實(shi)踐主題(ti),確保實(shi)踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)取得實(shi)實(shi)在在效果,主題(ti)實(shi)踐活(huo)(huo)動(dong)重點圍繞(rao)機關和(he)(he)出資企業總體(ti)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目標和(he)(he)各個時期的(de)中(zhong)心任務(wu),堅持(chi)立(li)足崗位(wei)、推(tui)動(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),從實(shi)際出發,從調動(dong)黨(dang)員、青年和(he)(he)婦女職工(gong)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)積極(ji)性(xing)出發,堅持(chi)典型帶(dai)動(dong)、普遍參(can)與的(de)原則,以(yi)爭創“黨(dang)員示(shi)范(fan)崗、青年能(neng)手(shou)崗、巾幗標兵崗”為(wei)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)載體(ti),組(zu)織和(he)(he)引導基層黨(dang)組(zu)織和(he)(he)廣大黨(dang)員、青年和(he)(he)婦女職工(gong)在本職崗位(wei)上帶(dai)頭(tou)(tou)干事謀發展、帶(dai)頭(tou)(tou)創新爭一流、帶(dai)頭(tou)(tou)服務(wu)比貢獻、帶(dai)頭(tou)(tou)自律樹形象,努力成(cheng)為(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)模(mo)范(fan)、崗位(wei)的(de)先(xian)鋒、業務(wu)的(de)能(neng)手(shou)、服務(wu)的(de)標兵。
為(wei)增強主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)實踐活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的時代性,活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)結合(he)國(guo)資國(guo)企實際,以形象(xiang)亮化(hua)(hua)、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)優(you)化(hua)(hua)、考核量化(hua)(hua)為(wei)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)主(zhu)(zhu)要內容。一(yi)是(shi)塑造機(ji)關、企業(ye)和(he)(he)(he)黨(dang)員良好形象(xiang)。要求主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)亮形象(xiang),公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)崗(gang)位(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)流程和(he)(he)(he)行業(ye)規范(fan)(fan);主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)亮身(shen)份,佩戴黨(dang)徽、團徽、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)牌、設立公(gong)(gong)示欄;主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)亮承(cheng)諾,對(dui)黨(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)、群團組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)(he)個(ge)人的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)、履(lv)職(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)諾、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時限等情(qing)況(kuang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)承(cheng)諾、亮諾。二(er)是(shi)努力讓服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)對(dui)象(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)人民群眾滿意。要求提升服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力,加強職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)道德教育,深入開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)和(he)(he)(he)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)知識的學習(xi)培訓,牢固樹立服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)意識,提高黨(dang)員、干(gan)部、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力;開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)競賽,組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)形式多樣、生動(dong)(dong)(dong)活(huo)潑(po)的業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)競賽,發揮行業(ye)模范(fan)(fan)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)標兵的示范(fan)(fan)效應;完(wan)善(shan)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)制,嚴格落(luo)實“首問負責(ze)、限時辦結、責(ze)任(ren)追究”等制度(du),強化(hua)(hua)規范(fan)(fan)管理。三是(shi)定(ding)期開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)量化(hua)(hua)考核。結合(he)崗(gang)位(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)、承(cheng)諾事(shi)項、履(lv)諾情(qing)況(kuang)、閃光言行等,定(ding)期組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)自評(ping)和(he)(he)(he)互評(ping);組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)領(ling)導(dao)點評(ping),經(jing)常對(dui)干(gan)部職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)進行點評(ping),實事(shi)求是(shi)肯定(ding)成績,指(zhi)出問題(ti),提出改進意見;組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)窗(chuang)口服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)單位(wei)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)群眾測評(ping),把(ba)群眾評(ping)議(yi)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)量化(hua)(hua)考核的重(zhong)要內容。
