飛龍橫跨變通途!2023年3月24日,由廣西(xi)交通投資(zi)集團(tuan)投資(zi)建(jian)設的廣西(xi)最大(da)跨徑雙向六車(che)道連(lian)續剛(gang)構(gou)橋——天峨經鳳山(shan)至巴馬高速公(gong)路(以(yi)下簡稱(cheng)“天巴高速”)紅水河特大(da)橋實(shi)現(xian)雙幅合龍,為天巴高速全線年內(nei)通車(che)打下堅實(shi)基礎(chu)。
紅水河特大(da)橋是天巴高速項目的控制性工程(cheng),位于廣西河池(chi)市天峨縣(xian)六排(pai)鎮紅水河上游,全(quan)(quan)長(chang)1099米。主(zhu)橋采(cai)(cai)用106+198+106預應(ying)力混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)連續剛構形式(shi),共(gong)190個懸澆節(jie)段。主(zhu)橋基礎(chu)采(cai)(cai)用承臺樁基礎(chu),共(gong)有水下樁基36根,大(da)體積承臺4個;橋墩采(cai)(cai)用單肢變截面薄壁空(kong)心(xin)墩,最大(da)橋墩高達109米,為(wei)天巴高速全(quan)(quan)線最高墩。
該橋在施工(gong)過程中,涉及水下混(hun)凝(ning)土澆(jiao)筑(zhu)、大(da)(da)體積混(hun)凝(ning)土澆(jiao)筑(zhu)、水上和高(gao)空等特(te)殊作業,且(qie)涉及通航行(xing)洪對接和生態環保的問(wen)題,面(mian)臨的技(ji)術要求(qiu)高(gao)、管理難度大(da)(da)、安全風險(xian)大(da)(da)、協調單位(wei)多(duo)、環保要求(qiu)高(gao)等困難。天(tian)巴高(gao)速(su)項目指揮(hui)部(bu)以黨建為引領(ling),積極(ji)學習貫(guan)徹落實黨的二十大(da)(da)精神,把黨旗插在工(gong)地上,通過倒排工(gong)期,加大(da)(da)資源投入,春(chun)節(jie)期間(jian)加班加點(dian),僅(jin)用時24個月便建成(cheng)了(le)這座(zuo)廣(guang)西最大(da)(da)跨(kua)徑雙向(xiang)六車道高(gao)速(su)公路連(lian)續剛構橋。

在(zai)短(duan)短(duan)2年間,天巴高(gao)速建設者們不畏挑戰迎難而上,不斷引進技術攻關,努力突破關鍵技術難題。面對水下承臺高(gao)水頭、大坡率、裸巖地(di)質(zhi)的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,項目團隊反(fan)復比選(xuan),最(zui)終采(cai)用(yong)單壁鋼吊(diao)箱(xiang)圍堰進行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),有效降低開挖深(shen)度,提高(gao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功效,保證了(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全,此工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝還獲得中國(guo)(guo)公路(lu)學會微創(chuang)新銅獎。為提高(gao)墩(dun)身(shen)混凝(ning)土外觀質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),解決墩(dun)身(shen)節段混凝(ning)土接縫處漏漿、爛根等(deng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)通病(bing),項目團隊創(chuang)新使用(yong)墩(dun)身(shen)模板防漏漿裝置,一招制勝(sheng),極(ji)好解決了(le)混凝(ning)土外觀通病(bing),并獲國(guo)(guo)家(jia)實用(yong)新型(xing)(xing)專利。主(zhu)橋(qiao)懸澆梁(liang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中面對的190個節段不僅(jin)是數量(liang)(liang)多(duo),且重量(liang)(liang)大,最(zui)大重量(liang)(liang)高(gao)達303噸(dun)。項目團隊果斷采(cai)用(yong)了(le)新型(xing)(xing)懸吊(diao)系統的裝配式(shi)掛籃,在(zai)掛籃頂部安裝遮雨(yu)棚,并且制定了(le)“帆布(bu)+炙熱燈”的冬季保溫方案,保證了(le)混凝(ning)土強度與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)不受氣候影(ying)響;同時(shi)采(cai)取豎(shu)向預(yu)應力二(er)次張拉以及三向預(yu)應力同步推進的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,攻克了(le)現澆箱(xiang)梁(liang)腹板開裂的質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)通病(bing),為后續同類型(xing)(xing)橋(qiao)梁(liang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供有益經驗的積累。
天巴高(gao)速(su)為天峨至北海公路重(zhong)要(yao)路段,是廣西對(dui)接貴州的(de)省(sheng)際通道(dao)(dao),也是國(guo)際陸海貿易新通道(dao)(dao)“中新互(hu)聯互(hu)通南向通道(dao)(dao)”的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)一環。項目建(jian)成(cheng)后,對(dui)完善(shan)國(guo)家高(gao)速(su)路網(wang),構(gou)建(jian)西部陸海新通道(dao)(dao),改善(shan)區域交通條件(jian),加(jia)快地方經(jing)濟和促進國(guo)際間(jian)經(jing)濟合作具有重(zhong)要(yao)意義(yi)。
