開年以來,福(fu)建能(neng)化(hua)集(ji)團(以下簡稱“能(neng)化(hua)集(ji)團”)按(an)照黨(dang)中(zhong)央決策部(bu)署(shu),貫(guan)徹(che)落實福(fu)建省委“深學爭(zheng)優、敢(gan)為爭(zheng)先(xian)、實干爭(zheng)效”行動(dong)要求,圍繞年初(chu)工作會議確(que)定的目(mu)標任務,堅持“干”字當頭,“實”字為先(xian),實現各(ge)項工作“開門(men)(men)穩”“開門(men)(men)紅(hong)”。
敢為爭先 項目建設穩步推進
“要(yao)樹(shu)立(li)‘抓(zhua)項目就是抓(zhua)發(fa)展、謀(mou)項目就是謀(mou)未(wei)來’的理念,聚焦戰略規劃目標,優化投(tou)資(zi)結構,擴(kuo)大投(tou)資(zi)規模,增強投(tou)資(zi)后(hou)勁,推動(dong)轉型(xing)發(fa)展更有效率、更可持續(xu)。”能(neng)化集團(tuan)年(nian)初工作會議發(fa)出前進的號角。
今(jin)年,能(neng)化(hua)集團計劃(hua)安排81個項目,完成投(tou)資233.6億元(yuan)。時間緊、任務重,集團各部門各企業(ye)壓(ya)實項目業(ye)主(zhu)責任,加強(qiang)(qiang)跟(gen)蹤協調推(tui)進,強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)要素保障,全力以赴抓好項目建設。
“安(an)排多(duo)點(dian)(dian)多(duo)線多(duo)班次作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),推行合(he)理平行作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),打(da)好時(shi)間(jian)差,推進(jin)加速度,充(chong)分(fen)(fen)利用有(you)效時(shi)間(jian)。”在省重點(dian)(dian)項目(mu)華安(an)機制(zhi)砂項目(mu)現場,工(gong)程機械有(you)60多(duo)臺,礦(kuang)區(qu)和加工(gong)區(qu)多(duo)點(dian)(dian)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)。一月(yue)份以(yi)來,新材(cai)華安(an)公司各部門緊扣(kou)關鍵節(jie)點(dian)(dian),分(fen)(fen)頭行動搶進(jin)度。他們緊盯重點(dian)(dian)環節(jie),密切配合(he)施(shi)工(gong)、監理單位各節(jie)點(dian)(dian)間(jian)的銜接和協調,確保日查旬檢月(yue)驗,對工(gong)程質量嚴格(ge)把關,爭做工(gong)程典(dian)范。截至(zhi)2月(yue)底,華安(an)機制(zhi)砂本年(nian)度累計完(wan)成投資4923萬元,并(bing)完(wan)成項目(mu)加工(gong)區(qu)EPC總承包合(he)同簽訂及加工(gong)區(qu)場地(di)交付工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。

能化(hua)(hua)集團其他(ta)重點建設(she)(she)項目(mu)建設(she)(she)也(ye)持續推(tui)進(jin)(jin)。龍海機制砂(sha)1#隧道2月掘進(jin)(jin)123.5米,累計掘進(jin)(jin)417.5米;仙游木蘭抽蓄2月完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)電站工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)(she)監理,通風(feng)兼安(an)(an)全洞、進(jin)(jin)廠交通洞及(ji)進(jin)(jin)場公(gong)路等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)2份招標方案(an)審核;華(hua)安(an)(an)抽蓄長探洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)2月進(jin)(jin)尺198米,隧道總進(jin)(jin)尺1260米,累計完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)總長度(1835米)的68.7%;福鼎熱電廠完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)主廠房(fang)基(ji)礎施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、地磅及(ji)采(cai)樣(yang)裝(zhuang)置樁(zhuang)基(ji)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及(ji)鍋(guo)爐空預(yu)器安(an)(an)裝(zhuang);海泉化(hua)(hua)學BDO/PBT項目(mu)設(she)(she)備(bei)完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)就(jiu)位(wei)70%,管道完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)率(lv)約20%,地管工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)約73%,非標設(she)(she)備(bei)主體制作安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)90.9%;福化(hua)(hua)魯華(hua)一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設(she)(she)計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作已基(ji)本完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng),已經完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)三(san)(san)套樹(shu)脂裝(zhuang)置跟碳五分離裝(zhuang)置鋼結構、設(she)(she)備(bei)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝配管完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)73%;東南電化(hua)(hua)三(san)(san)期離子膜燒堿項目(mu)一階(jie)段(duan)進(jin)(jin)度完(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)約85%,項目(mu)二階(jie)段(duan)已啟動長周期設(she)(she)備(bei)招標準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
實干爭效 生產經營奮力提質
二月,蓬(peng)勃(bo)礦區。在永安煤(mei)業公司篩選煤(mei)場,一輛輛滿(man)載(zai)煤(mei)炭的(de)車輛整裝(zhuang)待發(fa);百米井下,重點工程建設(she)加速推(tui)進……
一(yi)邊火熱生產(chan),一(yi)邊搶(qiang)抓開局,永(yong)安煤(mei)業公(gong)司聚(ju)焦“深學爭(zheng)優、敢為爭(zheng)先、實干爭(zheng)效”行(xing)動,帶(dai)領全員用“拼(pin)搶(qiang)爭(zheng)”的工作(zuo)勁頭,奮力沖刺(ci)首季(ji)“開門紅”。
面對(dui)煤(mei)(mei)炭售價下跌、礦井產能(neng)下降、成本大(da)幅(fu)上升等新一年的(de)“開局”難點,奮進的(de)戰鼓如(ru)何擂(lei)響?永安煤(mei)(mei)業(ye)(ye)公(gong)司聚焦煤(mei)(mei)炭營銷效益(yi)最(zui)大(da)化,做實“黨(dang)建引領、生(sheng)產提(ti)(ti)效、經營提(ti)(ti)質、管理(li)提(ti)(ti)升、隊伍提(ti)(ti)優”五項(xiang)支撐,全面增強煤(mei)(mei)炭主業(ye)(ye)盈(ying)利(li)能(neng)力。1—2月(yue),該(gai)公(gong)司煤(mei)(mei)炭綜合售價同比提(ti)(ti)高26%。

這是能化集團(tuan)各(ge)企(qi)業(ye)貫徹(che)落(luo)實(shi)“深(shen)學爭(zheng)優、敢為(wei)爭(zheng)先(xian)、實(shi)干爭(zheng)效(xiao)”行動,奮戰首(shou)季搶開(kai)局的一個縮影(ying)。開(kai)年以來(lai),能化集團(tuan)各(ge)企(qi)業(ye)緊(jin)(jin)緊(jin)(jin)圍繞(rao)年初工作部署,盯緊(jin)(jin)盯牢(lao)全(quan)年預算目(mu)標,明確責任(ren)、分(fen)解任(ren)務(wu)、細化措施,全(quan)力沖刺首(shou)季“開(kai)門紅”。
三川風電以增(zeng)強(qiang)“搶(qiang)(qiang)開(kai)局”意識,奮戰首季“開(kai)門紅”,全(quan)年“開(kai)局穩”主(zhu)線(xian),牢記安全(quan)生產防線(xian),全(quan)力保障設備可靠運(yun)行,搶(qiang)(qiang)抓出(chu)海作業窗口,做(zuo)到小(xiao)風天點檢消(xiao)缺維護,提高風機(ji)可利用率。二月(yue)份(fen)風機(ji)可利用率達(da)98.79%,同(tong)比提升(sheng)0.54%。
福能(neng)物(wu)流公司統(tong)籌安排海(hai)運(yun)、汽運(yun)及鐵路(lu)運(yun)輸,高效暢通(tong)“北(bei)煤入閩(min)、海(hai)陸聯(lian)運(yun)”能(neng)源保供大(da)動脈。2月21日,該公司與國投曹妃(fei)甸港(gang)、國投湄(mei)洲(zhou)灣港(gang)在河北(bei)簽訂三方戰略合(he)作(zuo)協(xie)議(yi),開創南北(bei)港(gang)煤炭物(wu)流供應鏈體系(xi)合(he)作(zuo)新路(lu)徑。
邵武煤業公司持(chi)續探索螢石(shi)采選新(xin)模式(shi)、新(xin)設備、新(xin)工(gong)藝,爭取(qu)在(zai)提增(zeng)效(xiao)益上取(qu)得更大突破。截至2月底,該公司螢石(shi)精粉產量完成(cheng)計劃(hua)任務138%,礦石(shi)產量完成(cheng)計劃(hua)任務114%,實現(xian)營(ying)業收入700萬元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長600%,生產經營(ying)態勢持(chi)續向好。
聯(lian)美公(gong)司全力實(shi)施“做(zuo)(zuo)強建筑施工、做(zuo)(zuo)穩地產開(kai)(kai)發和做(zuo)(zuo)優物(wu)業(ye)服(fu)務(wu)等(deng)(deng)上下游產業(ye)鏈延(yan)伸(shen)”等(deng)(deng)“2+1”聯(lian)動(dong)深耕戰略,圍繞項目建設、庫(ku)存(cun)去化、科技創新等(deng)(deng)重點工作任務(wu),鼓足干勁(jing)、持續發力,掀起“開(kai)(kai)門穩”“開(kai)(kai)門紅”的(de)生(sheng)產熱潮。
