為(wei)貫徹實施(shi)新修訂的(de)《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》和(he)《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務派遣用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)暫行規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)》(人(ren)社部第22號(hao)令(ling)),規(gui)(gui)(gui)范出(chu)資(zi)(zi)監(jian)管(guan)企業勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務派遣用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)行為(wei),努(nu)力構建(jian)和(he)諧勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)。近日內(nei)蒙古國資(zi)(zi)委下發了《關(guan)于規(gui)(gui)(gui)范出(chu)資(zi)(zi)監(jian)管(guan)企業勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務派遣用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理有關(guan)事(shi)項的(de)通知》(內(nei)國資(zi)(zi)分(fen)配(pei)字﹝2014﹞179號(hao))。《通知》要(yao)求(qiu)各企業要(yao)抓好《暫行規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)》的(de)組(zu)織實施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),要(yao)加強(qiang)組(zu)織領導,穩妥(tuo)推進(jin)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務派遣用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),加強(qiang)新聞宣傳和(he)學(xue)習培訓,制(zhi)定(ding)詳細可行的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方案,促進(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有效開展(zhan)。要(yao)認真梳理現(xian)狀,借(jie)助崗位管(guan)理體系(xi),明確崗位適用(yong)(yong)范圍,清(qing)理不規(gui)(gui)(gui)范用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong),嚴格限制(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務派遣用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)比(bi)例,在《暫行規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)》正式(shi)實施(shi)兩周年內(nei)達(da)到規(gui)(gui)(gui)范比(bi)例要(yao)求(qiu)。要(yao)建(jian)立(li)同(tong)(tong)意規(gui)(gui)(gui)范的(de)內(nei)部薪酬分(fen)配(pei)體系(xi),落實同(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)酬。
