為改進工(gong)(gong)(gong)作作風,切實(shi)加強對出(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)改革發展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)服務,加快推進國(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)、改革發展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)的(de)重點工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,近日(ri),南(nan)通市國(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委制訂出(chu)臺委領(ling)導(dao)(dao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)聯(lian)系出(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)制度(du)。此(ci)項(xiang)制度(du)要求,市國(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)委領(ling)導(dao)(dao)每(mei)(mei)月到分(fen)(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)聯(lian)系企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)少(shao)于一次,每(mei)(mei)半年至少(shao)進行一次專(zhuan)題調研;及時發現(xian)和(he)(he)(he)總結(jie)聯(lian)系企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)在(zai)國(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)、改革發展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)(he)黨風廉政建設中(zhong)的(de)新(xin)舉措、新(xin)經(jing)驗;主動(dong)(dong)幫助(zhu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)理清發展(zhan)(zhan)思路,解決(jue)發展(zhan)(zhan)難(nan)題,化解各(ge)(ge)類矛盾,做(zuo)好(hao)服務企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)模范;指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)督促企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)落實(shi)國(guo)(guo)有資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產保值(zhi)(zhi)增值(zhi)(zhi)責任,健全(quan)完(wan)善風險(xian)防控機制,當好(hao)國(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)衛士。同(tong)時要求各(ge)(ge)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)做(zuo)到工(gong)(gong)(gong)作不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)錯位,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)干預(yu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生產經(jing)營活動(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)(he)決(jue)策,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)管(guan)(guan)具體日(ri)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)得利(li)用分(fen)(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)聯(lian)系的(de)職權便(bian)利(li)謀(mou)取個人私利(li)、搞不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)正之風。該(gai)制度(du)明確(que),對各(ge)(ge)委領(ling)導(dao)(dao)落實(shi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)聯(lian)系出(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)制度(du)情況(kuang)將納入領(ling)導(dao)(dao)述職評議和(he)(he)(he)個人年終考核內容。
