為(wei)(wei)了更好(hao)的(de)落(luo)實國有資產保值增值責任,強化企(qi)業領(ling)導人(ren)員激(ji)勵約束機制,寧夏自治區國資委決定:自2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)起(qi)企(qi)業領(ling)導人(ren)員績(ji)效年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)薪(xin)(xin)留(liu)(liu)存(cun)(cun)比例由40%調整為(wei)(wei)70%。經三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)任期(qi)(qi)考核(he),對全面(mian)完成目(mu)標(biao)任務且未出(chu)現重大(da)(da)決策(ce)失誤(wu)、重大(da)(da)資產損失、嚴(yan)重違(wei)法(fa)違(wei)紀等(deng)問題(ti)的(de),留(liu)(liu)存(cun)(cun)的(de)績(ji)效年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)薪(xin)(xin)一次(ci)性全部兌付;如任期(qi)(qi)內出(chu)現重大(da)(da)決策(ce)失誤(wu)、重大(da)(da)資產損失、嚴(yan)重違(wei)法(fa)違(wei)紀等(deng)問題(ti),視情節和責任扣(kou)發其年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)績(ji)效年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)薪(xin)(xin)和留(liu)(liu)存(cun)(cun)績(ji)效年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)薪(xin)(xin)。
