為加強威(wei)海市(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)企(qi)業后備人(ren)才(cai)隊伍建設，近(jin)日，市(shi)(shi)國資委在青島大學舉辦了(le)(le)第一期市(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)企(qi)業后備人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)訓班，來自(zi)威(wei)海市(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)企(qi)業20多名中層干部和子企(qi)業單(dan)位負(fu)責人(ren)參加了(le)(le)此(ci)次培(pei)訓。培(pei)訓的(de)主要內容包括(kuo)國際(ji)政(zheng)治經濟形勢研(yan)究、海爾OEC管(guan)(guan)理、海爾SBU經營戰略借鑒、情(qing)緒(xu)管(guan)(guan)理與(yu)壓力控制、領導(dao)科(ke)學與(yu)領導(dao)力提升等方面。另外(wai)，學員們(men)還實地考(kao)察了(le)(le)海爾、海信和青啤(pi)三(san)個優(you)秀企(qi)業。
通(tong)過(guo)培訓，學員(yuan)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)和(he)素質有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。一是把握宏(hong)觀形勢的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。對(dui)國際國內政治經濟形勢有(you)了(le)比(bi)較清晰的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認識，對(dui)如何應對(dui)復雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國際國內環境有(you)了(le)一定程度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)了(le)解。二是業(ye)務管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。通(tong)過(guo)學習(xi)海爾先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)經驗和(he)實地考察三家優秀(xiu)企業(ye)，初步掌握了(le)OEC管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、PDCA閉環管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、TQC管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)等(deng)先(xian)進管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模(mo)式，日(ri)常業(ye)務管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。三是綜(zong)合素質有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。通(tong)過(guo)領導力(li)(li)與情緒管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)等(deng)方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識學習(xi)以及實際案例分析(xi)研究，團隊管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)自我管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)有(you)了(le)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。
