為了加(jia)強(qiang)和改進(jin)新形(xing)勢下機(ji)關(guan)作風(feng)和效能(neng)建(jian)(jian)設(she),切(qie)實樹立(li)(li)以人為本(ben),執政為民(min)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)理念,徐(xu)州市國資委(wei)日(ri)前(qian)研究制定了《關(guan)于進(jin)一(yi)步改進(jin)機(ji)關(guan)作風(feng)加(jia)強(qiang)職能(neng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)意見(jian)》,以改進(jin)機(ji)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作作風(feng)為主(zhu)線,以提(ti)高行(xing)(xing)政職能(neng)為重點(dian),以落實制度和行(xing)(xing)政監察為手段,以加(jia)強(qiang)制度建(jian)(jian)設(she)為保(bao)障,培育行(xing)(xing)為規范、高效廉潔的(de)(de)國資監管隊伍。主(zhu)要內容一(yi)是(shi)樹立(li)(li)服(fu)務(wu)意識,機(ji)關(guan)所有(you)部門(men)都是(shi)服(fu)務(wu)部門(men),所有(you)崗位(wei)都是(shi)服(fu)務(wu)崗位(wei),機(ji)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作人員始(shi)終要把服(fu)務(wu)放在第一(yi)位(wei);二(er)是(shi)提(ti)高履職能(neng)力,遵循雷厲(li)風(feng)行(xing)(xing)、令行(xing)(xing)禁止的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作理念,落實干工(gong)(gong)作“沒有(you)任(ren)何借口”的(de)(de)要求;三是(shi)嚴(yan)肅工(gong)(gong)作紀律;四是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)協(xie)調合作,推(tui)動(dong)“和諧機(ji)關(guan)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)。為了保(bao)證該《意見(jian)》的(de)(de)實施,國資委(wei)還建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)了檢查考核和責任(ren)追究制度。
