近年來(lai),鎮江國(guo)資委圍繞建(jian)立健全服(fu)務企業用工工作長效(xiao)機制,突出采(cai)取七個方面工作措施,取得了明顯(xian)成效(xiao)。
一是建立各類資源臺(tai)帳,加強(qiang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)動態(tai)監測,打牢用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務基(ji)礎(chu);二是建立特殊需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)應急機(ji)制,對(dui)市屬重(zhong)點(dian)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、新上(shang)項(xiang)目產生崗位(wei)缺口的(de),第一時(shi)間協助企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)開展招錄工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作;三(san)是建立校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聯盟(meng),全面實施訂單、定向培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun),促進職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)與企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)有效(xiao)對(dui)接;四是規范企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)行為,加強(qiang)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)指(zhi)導,努(nu)力(li)擴(kuo)大合同(tong)簽訂率和各項(xiang)保險的(de)參保面;五是強(qiang)化職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun),形成(cheng)(cheng)多種培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)方式并舉(ju)、多種培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)模式共存的(de)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)格局;六是豐富招工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)形式,定期舉(ju)辦(ban)各類特定專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種或服(fu)務對(dui)象的(de)專(zhuan)場招聘活動,更富成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)地(di)滿足(zu)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu);七是建立用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)發布(bu)機(ji)制,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)大眾傳(chuan)媒、網站平臺(tai)、手(shou)機(ji)短信等各種渠(qu)道定期滾(gun)動發布(bu)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)信息。
