近(jin)日(ri),三明國(guo)資委(wei)出(chu)臺了《三明國(guo)資委(wei)出(chu)資企業招用(yong)職工(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)意(yi)見(jian)(試行)》(以下簡稱(cheng)“管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)意(yi)見(jian)”)。管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)意(yi)見(jian)對三明國(guo)資委(wei)出(chu)資企業用(yong)工(gong)(gong)原則、招工(gong)(gong)形式和招工(gong)(gong)程序作出(chu)了明確(que)規定,確(que)保了國(guo)企用(yong)工(gong)(gong)行為的(de)公開、公正、公平,促進(jin)企業優化人(ren)員結構、高效運轉、管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)有序。同(tong)時(shi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)意(yi)見(jian)還對職工(gong)(gong)簽訂勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)及職工(gong)(gong)檔案(an)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)作出(chu)相(xiang)應規定,保障國(guo)企員工(gong)(gong)的(de)利(li)益(yi),激發其積極性和創(chuang)造力。
