1月21日,云(yun)南(nan)(nan)昆明(岷山)至(zhi)楚雄(廣通(tong))高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)順(shun)利建成(cheng)通(tong)車。新昆楚高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)是云(yun)南(nan)(nan)省會城市(shi)昆明通(tong)往滇西(xi)、滇西(xi)北、滇西(xi)南(nan)(nan)及藏區的(de)主要經濟干(gan)線(xian),是云(yun)南(nan)(nan)省高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網“七出省、五出境”公(gong)(gong)路(lu)主通(tong)道(dao)中連接東南(nan)(nan)亞(ya)、南(nan)(nan)亞(ya)國(guo)家的(de)國(guo)際大通(tong)道(dao)。

新昆(kun)(kun)楚高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)主線(xian)起于(yu)(yu)昆(kun)(kun)明(ming)市五華區岷(min)山附近,止于(yu)(yu)祿(lu)豐縣廣通鎮馬(ma)家灣,通車(che)后(hou)的(de)(de)新昆(kun)(kun)楚高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)可以輻(fu)射影響云南(nan)51%地區,惠及兩千多萬人口將成為帶動滇西經濟發展的(de)(de)新干線(xian)。新昆(kun)(kun)楚高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)線(xian)路(lu)全長(chang)106.835公(gong)(gong)(gong)里,其中昆(kun)(kun)明(ming)境內(nei)40.722公(gong)(gong)(gong)里,楚雄段(duan)(duan)66.113公(gong)(gong)(gong)里,橋隧比62.8%,按雙向六車(che)道高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)標(biao)準(zhun)建設,設計速(su)(su)度(du)100公(gong)(gong)(gong)里/小時,路(lu)基寬度(du)33.5米。此次(ci)通車(che)范(fan)圍(wei)自(zi)西北繞樞紐(niu)立交至新楚大高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)起點(dian)段(duan)(duan)。
新(xin)昆楚高速公路沿(yan)線生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境優美(mei),一(yi)路途經棋盤(pan)山(shan)、豹(bao)子箐、螳螂(lang)川(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、青龍峽、大疊水(shui)、金(jin)山(shan)古鎮、滇中古驛道(dao)等多處風景名勝(sheng)區(qu),旅游資源(yuan)(yuan)豐富。建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)單(dan)位(wei)秉承“綠水(shui)青山(shan)就是金(jin)山(shan)銀(yin)山(shan)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)理念(nian),以“暢、潔、綠、美(mei)、安”為目標(biao)追求,從選線到(dao)修建(jian)(jian),充分調查研究沿(yan)線地(di)形地(di)貌(mao)特征和自然資源(yuan)(yuan)條(tiao)(tiao)件,科學(xue)設(she)(she)計,嚴控(kong)施工(gong)(gong),使公路建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與路域生(sheng)態(tai)相得(de)益(yi)彰,將新(xin)昆楚高速公路打造成一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)“路景融合”的景觀(guan)大道(dao)。特別是建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)螳螂(lang)川(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)特大橋時,有13個橋墩位(wei)于螳螂(lang)川(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)河流(liu)中,富水(shui)砂層地(di)質透水(shui)性強,極易導致樁(zhuang)基塌孔,造成污染。為減少(shao)施工(gong)(gong)對(dui)滇池唯一(yi)出口(kou)——螳螂(lang)川(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的環(huan)(huan)境影響,涉水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程打破傳(chuan)統的筑島施工(gong)(gong)模式,采(cai)用(yong)鋼板樁(zhuang)圍(wei)堰+施工(gong)(gong)棧橋的施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝作業(ye),利用(yong)泥漿循(xun)環(huan)(huan)系(xi)統將泥漿外運,不(bu)僅加快(kuai)了施工(gong)(gong)進度,對(dui)螳螂(lang)川(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)水(shui)體也未造成污染。

新昆(kun)楚(chu)(chu)高速公(gong)路建(jian)成(cheng)通(tong)車(che)后,將形成(cheng)昆(kun)明與楚(chu)(chu)雄、大(da)理、保山(shan)、怒江、德宏、麗江、臨滄、迪(di)慶(qing)等8個州市之間的主骨架通(tong)道。從昆(kun)明到楚(chu)(chu)雄只需1個多小(xiao)時,相(xiang)比之前(qian)的昆(kun)安(an)、安(an)楚(chu)(chu)高速,里程縮(suo)短了約20公(gong)里,行車(che)時間縮(suo)短了近一(yi)半(ban),將大(da)大(da)緩解(jie)昆(kun)安(an)、安(an)楚(chu)(chu)高速的交通(tong)壓(ya)力,構(gou)建(jian)便捷(jie)、通(tong)暢(chang)、高效(xiao)、安(an)全的綜(zong)合交通(tong)運輸體(ti)系,有效(xiao)促進滇中(zhong)、滇西(xi)經(jing)濟(ji)一(yi)體(ti)化社會經(jing)濟(ji)發展(zhan)。
