11月26日,由(you)蜀道集團承建(jian)的廣(guang)安市過(guo)境高(gao)速東(dong)環線及渝(yu)廣(guang)高(gao)速支線悅來互通(tong)至前鋒互通(tong)段23公(gong)里通(tong)車(che),標志(zhi)著(zhu)成渝(yu)地區(qu)雙(shuang)城經濟圈交通(tong)一(yi)體化又一(yi)成果——廣(guang)安市過(guo)境高(gao)速公(gong)路東(dong)環線及渝(yu)廣(guang)高(gao)速支線環線全線建(jian)成通(tong)車(che)。
廣(guang)(guang)安(an)市(shi)過(guo)境(jing)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)東環線(xian)及渝廣(guang)(guang)高(gao)速(su)(su)支線(xian)是連接川(chuan)(chuan)渝兩省(sheng)市(shi)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)省(sheng)際通道,是陜(shan)西漢中鎮(zhen)巴經(jing)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)慶高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)組成部(bu)分。項目起于G85銀川(chuan)(chuan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昆明(ming)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)巴中至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南充至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)段(duan)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)區悅(yue)來鎮(zhen),經(jing)過(guo)前鋒(feng)區代市(shi)鎮(zhen),與G42上(shang)海至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)成都高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鄰水段(duan)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)交叉(cha)形成廣(guang)(guang)安(an)市(shi)過(guo)境(jing)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu),再經(jing)過(guo)華鎣市(shi)高(gao)興鎮(zhen)、岳池縣(xian)臨溪鎮(zhen),進入重(zhong)慶市(shi)合川(chuan)(chuan)區三(san)匯鎮(zhen),與G85銀川(chuan)(chuan)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昆明(ming)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)重(zhong)慶至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)廣(guang)(guang)安(an)段(duan)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)交叉(cha)并設置合川(chuan)(chuan)小沔(mian)樞紐(niu)收(shou)費站。
項目全長約79公(gong)里(li)(li),其中四川段(duan)(duan)長69公(gong)里(li)(li),重(zhong)慶(qing)段(duan)(duan)長10公(gong)里(li)(li),雙(shuang)向四車道,路基寬度25.5m,設(she)計時(shi)速(su)80公(gong)里(li)(li),批(pi)準估算(suan)總投資70.2億元,四川段(duan)(duan)投資57.1億元,重(zhong)慶(qing)段(duan)(duan)投資8.87億元。于(yu)2018年(nian)9月(yue)1日(ri)正(zheng)式開工建設(she),其中前鋒互(hu)通至小沔(mian)互(hu)通段(duan)(duan)56公(gong)里(li)(li)于(yu)2020年(nian)12月(yue)25日(ri)先(xian)行建成通車。

該項目途經多(duo)個鄉鎮(zhen),本(ben)著(zhu)“以人為(wei)本(ben)、方(fang)便群眾的生(sheng)活生(sheng)產(chan),兼顧社會發展需求”的原(yuan)則(ze),投入3000余萬元增設多(duo)座車行(xing)、人行(xing)天橋(qiao),并增加通道凈空高度(du)以達到(dao)通行(xing)農用機械標(biao)準,極(ji)大地(di)滿(man)足了人民群眾出行(xing)需求。此外,項目采取連(lian)續剛(gang)構(gou)特大橋(qiao)跨越渠江,有效避開(kai)了渠江黃顙魚、白甲魚國家級水(shui)產(chan)種質資源保護區。
該項目(mu)是(shi)川(chuan)(chuan)渝兩省市(shi)同步納入規劃、同步開展前期工(gong)作、同步組織招商、同步開工(gong)建(jian)設(she)、同步建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)通(tong)(tong)車的(de)一條重要省際高速(su)(su)公路(lu)通(tong)(tong)道,是(shi)兩地(di)(di)(di)各級交通(tong)(tong)運輸部門協同織密毗(pi)鄰(lin)地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)交通(tong)(tong)路(lu)網的(de)一次成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)實踐(jian),對完善川(chuan)(chuan)渝兩省市(shi)高速(su)(su)公路(lu)網絡(luo),拓展城(cheng)市(shi)發展空(kong)間(jian),帶動(dong)成(cheng)(cheng)渝地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)雙城(cheng)經濟(ji)圈(quan)建(jian)設(she)和川(chuan)(chuan)渝地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)經濟(ji)社會(hui)跨越式發展具有重要意義(yi)。同時,未來還將串聯起鎮廣(guang)高速(su)(su),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)紅色主(zhu)題高速(su)(su)的(de)起止點,為(wei)川(chuan)(chuan)陜革命(ming)根(gen)據(ju)地(di)(di)(di)的(de)經濟(ji)發展,秦巴山區(qu)鄉村振興提供有力支撐。
目前,蜀道集團參與的(de)成(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)地區重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)交通(tong)建(jian)設項目達(da)(da)15個(ge),在公路方面(mian),正加快推進開梁高(gao)(gao)(gao)速、資銅高(gao)(gao)(gao)速、成(cheng)南和遂(sui)渝(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)速擴容(rong)等(deng)10個(ge)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目,未(wei)來成(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)雙(shuang)城經濟圈(quan)省(sheng)級(ji)通(tong)道將達(da)(da)到22條。在鐵(tie)(tie)路方面(mian),正加緊(jin)推進成(cheng)達(da)(da)萬(wan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)、成(cheng)渝(yu)(yu)中線高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)、成(cheng)自宜高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)等(deng)5個(ge)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目,未(wei)來還將重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)推動成(cheng)都外環鐵(tie)(tie)路、廣巴和達(da)(da)萬(wan)鐵(tie)(tie)路擴能改(gai)造等(deng)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)項目,著力(li)構建(jian)現代(dai)化、多層次的(de)綜合交通(tong)立體網絡。
