近(jin)日,經中國(guo)煤(mei)炭工業(ye)協(xie)會鑒定,徐礦(kuang)集團張雙樓礦(kuang)《徐州(zhou)礦(kuang)區松散含水層(ceng)下提(ti)高煤(mei)層(ceng)開(kai)采上限(xian)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)與應(ying)用》《千米(mi)深井復雜(za)條(tiao)件工作面智能(neng)協(xie)調開(kai)采技(ji)術(shu)研究》成果達到國(guo)際領先水平。
《徐州礦區松(song)(song)散含水(shui)層下(xia)(xia)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)煤(mei)層開采(cai)上(shang)限關鍵技(ji)術(shu)與應(ying)用》課題提(ti)(ti)出了近松(song)(song)散層開采(cai)條(tiao)件下(xia)(xia)水(shui)文(wen)地質條(tiao)件演化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)動態(tai)評價與計算方法(fa),揭示了研究區松(song)(song)散層在采(cai)動條(tiao)件下(xia)(xia)的(de)流場(chang)演化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)與規律。該課題的(de)實施(shi),在一定程(cheng)(cheng)度上(shang)改善了經營運(yun)行狀(zhuang)況(kuang),有(you)(you)效提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)了經濟效益(yi),在推動防(fang)(fang)治水(shui)理論(lun)(lun)技(ji)術(shu)進步、提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)各類(lei)邊角煤(mei)炭資(zi)源回收率等方面具(ju)有(you)(you)重要的(de)理論(lun)(lun)與實踐意義,可為我國東部礦區其他(ta)相似(si)礦井收縮開采(cai)階段(duan)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)煤(mei)柱的(de)回收提(ti)(ti)供借鑒意義,具(ju)有(you)(you)重要的(de)推廣價值和(he)應(ying)用前景。
《千米深井復(fu)雜條(tiao)件工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)協調(diao)開采(cai)(cai)技術研究》課(ke)題(ti)形(xing)成(cheng)了以(yi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)推(tui)進速度(du)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)合(he)(he)理控制沖擊地(di)(di)壓、高(gao)(gao)溫工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)空冷(leng)機組合(he)(he)理布置(zhi)方法及(ji)需冷(leng)量智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)調(diao)節為核心的智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)高(gao)(gao)效開采(cai)(cai)技術體系(xi),拓展了現有智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)開采(cai)(cai)技術應(ying)用條(tiao)件,促(cu)進了采(cai)(cai)礦(kuang)技術革新(xin)。該(gai)成(cheng)果在張雙樓煤礦(kuang)741014工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)得到成(cheng)功應(ying)用,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)采(cai)(cai)出率提高(gao)(gao)到95%以(yi)上,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)人員減少75%以(yi)上,實(shi)現了經濟、社會(hui)效益“雙提升”,有效解決復(fu)雜地(di)(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件下煤礦(kuang)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)安全高(gao)(gao)效生產難(nan)題(ti)。
