1月20日(ri),思茅(mao)(mao)至瀾滄(cang)(cang)高速(su)公路(lu)正(zheng)式建(jian)成通車,結束全國(guo)唯(wei)一的拉祜族(zu)自治(zhi)縣、全國(guo)“直過民(min)族(zu)”區(qu)域最大(da)、人口最多的瀾滄(cang)(cang)縣不通高速(su)公路(lu)的歷史,將思茅(mao)(mao)區(qu)至瀾滄(cang)(cang)縣行車時間(jian)由3.5小時縮短(duan)至1.5小時。
思(si)瀾高速公路(lu)項目(mu)是云南省縣域高速公路(lu)“能(neng)通(tong)全通(tong)”工(gong)程之(zhi)一,于2017年(nian)1月正式(shi)開工(gong),項目(mu)起于思(si)茅(mao)區(qu)(qu)G8511昆磨高速曼歇(xie)壩處(chu),途經思(si)茅(mao)區(qu)(qu)南屏鎮、六順(shun)鎮、龍潭鄉、思(si)茅(mao)港鎮,跨越(yue)瀾滄(cang)(cang)江,過瀾滄(cang)(cang)縣糯扎渡鎮、勐朗鎮,止于瀾滄(cang)(cang)縣富本村,主線全長124.686公里,同時(shi)建(jian)設瀾滄(cang)(cang)連(lian)接線6.822公里,橋隧比63.3%,按雙向四車道標準建(jian)設,路(lu)基寬(kuan)25.5米,設計時(shi)速80公里。全線設互通(tong)式(shi)立(li)交8處(chu)、收費站7處(chu)、服務區(qu)(qu)2處(chu)、停車區(qu)(qu)1處(chu)、隧道管(guan)理所4處(chu),監控(kong)通(tong)訊分中心1處(chu)、養護工(gong)區(qu)(qu)1處(chu),概算總投資185.725億元。
在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建設過程(cheng)(cheng)中,積(ji)極將BIM技(ji)術運用在設計(ji)(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、智(zhi)能(neng)分析、三維直觀檢測控(kong)制、信息化(hua)(hua)程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)和(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)水平等方面(mian)提升效益。運用波(bo)紋鋼拼裝式連拱明洞結構設計(ji)(ji)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)研究實(shi)現(xian)了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)經(jing)濟性與生態環保的(de)雙重(zhong)建設目(mu)(mu)標。結合沿途自(zi)然環境、地域民族文化(hua)(hua)等因素,開展環境保護(hu)及(ji)水土保持工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。采用路基改(gai)橋梁和(he)涵(han)洞方式優化(hua)(hua)亞洲(zhou)象遷徙通(tong)道,減少(shao)對亞洲(zhou)象遷徙通(tong)道的(de)影響。運用橋面(mian)徑(jing)流收(shou)集處理(li)(li)(li)系統,有效減少(shao)線路對河(he)流及(ji)水生生物的(de)危害(hai)等。以(yi)最(zui)(zui)小破(po)壞植被(bei)、最(zui)(zui)大限度(du)保護(hu)生態最(zui)(zui)快地恢(hui)復生態,踐行“綠(lv)水青(qing)山就是(shi)金山銀山”綠(lv)色發展理(li)(li)(li)念。2020年以(yi)來,面(mian)對疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)的(de)沖擊(ji),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)公司黨支(zhi)部以(yi)黨旗為引領,落實(shi)好上級黨委相關(guan)部署要求,積(ji)極與地方政府聯(lian)系做好聯(lian)防(fang)聯(lian)控(kong)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),一手(shou)抓好疫(yi)情防(fang)控(kong)、一手(shou)抓好復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)復產,迅速成立了(le)3個進度(du)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作組,1個征遷保障(zhang)與矛盾糾紛協調組、1個資金后勤保障(zhang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作組,分段(duan)掛鉤(gou)督導三隧三橋、梁板預制等控(kong)制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),駐扎項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建設一線,緊密(mi)聯(lian)系項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點(dian),做到(dao)“戰疫(yi)”“復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”兩不(bu)誤,保障(zhang)了(le)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)按期建成。

曼歇壩、龍潭、瀾滄(cang)(cang)江(jiang)、瀾滄(cang)(cang)4個特(te)(te)長(chang)隧道和瀾滄(cang)(cang)江(jiang)、謙(qian)(qian)邁河2個特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為全線重點控(kong)制性(xing)(xing)工程(cheng)。在(zai)(zai)隧道推進過(guo)程(cheng)中,受高(gao)地震烈(lie)度(du)區隧道不(bu)良工程(cheng)地質條(tiao)件、巖體(ti)破碎、富水(shui)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)強、隧道進出口地勢陡(dou)峭、存在(zai)(zai)軟(ruan)弱大(da)變形現象等極端不(bu)利因素,施工難(nan)度(du)之大(da)不(bu)言(yan)而(er)喻。項目始(shi)終(zhong)堅持“短進尺(chi)、弱爆破、強支(zhi)撐、早(zao)封閉、勤量測”的要求(qiu),不(bu)斷(duan)優(you)(you)化(hua)施工方案,狠(hen)抓關鍵環節,嚴格(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)控(kong)制,把“高(gao)標準、嚴要求(qiu)、零容忍”貫(guan)穿(chuan)始(shi)終(zhong),在(zai)(zai)全體(ti)參建(jian)(jian)人員(yuan)的共同努力下,突擊隧道坍方冒頂、涌水(shui)突泥,沖破各(ge)種技術阻礙,不(bu)屈不(bu)撓、披(pi)荊斬(zhan)棘,高(gao)效優(you)(you)質的完(wan)成了(le)(le)建(jian)(jian)設(she)任務。瀾滄(cang)(cang)江(jiang)特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是一座雙幅雙拱上(shang)承式鋼管混凝(ning)土箱(xiang)型(xing)拱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)采用30米跨徑的簡支(zhi)T型(xing)梁橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao);謙(qian)(qian)邁河特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)部結構為預(yu)應力混凝(ning)土變高(gao)連續鋼構箱(xiang)梁,下部結構橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)墩(dun)(dun)柱(zhu)采用箱(xiang)式薄壁墩(dun)(dun)、承臺(tai)樁(zhuang)基(ji)礎。在(zai)(zai)兩座特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)過(guo)程(cheng)中,瀾滄(cang)(cang)江(jiang)特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)克服作業面狹窄、底離江(jiang)水(shui)近受雨季影響大(da);謙(qian)(qian)邁河特(te)(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)克服V型(xing)地勢、主墩(dun)(dun)柱(zhu)高(gao)、跨徑較(jiao)長(chang)等困難(nan)如期完(wan)成建(jian)(jian)設(she)任務,為思瀾高(gao)速公路的順(shun)利建(jian)(jian)成通車奠定(ding)了(le)(le)基(ji)礎。
思瀾(lan)高速公(gong)路建成(cheng)后將輻射(she)普洱市“直過民族”聚居最多的邊三縣,惠及邊疆(jiang)70多萬(wan)人(ren)民群眾,有(you)效(xiao)助力脫貧攻堅(jian)成(cheng)果鞏固、推(tui)(tui)動穩(wen)定脫貧向全面(mian)小(xiao)康邁進。通(tong)車后,不僅實現了昆曼大通(tong)道(dao)與(yu)瀾(lan)滄江——湄公(gong)河(he)“國際黃金水道(dao)”及瀾(lan)滄景邁機場(chang)的快速連接,而且對(dui)推(tui)(tui)動普洱市經濟社會(hui)發展和融入(ru)國家“一帶一路”倡議(yi),加(jia)強(qiang)與(yu)周邊國家互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong),加(jia)快云南(nan)建成(cheng)面(mian)向南(nan)亞(ya)東南(nan)亞(ya)輻射(she)中心(xin)具有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)意義(yi)。
