近日,由云(yun)南建(jian)投(tou)集團(tuan)投(tou)資建(jian)設的香格里拉(la)至麗江高(gao)速公路舉行(xing)試通車儀式,標志(zhi)著迪慶州(zhou)結束了不通高(gao)速公路的歷史。
香格里(li)拉至(zhi)麗江高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路起(qi)于(yu)香格里(li)拉市以南(nan)益松(song)村,止(zhi)于(yu)大麗高(gao)(gao)速白(bai)漢(han)場互通(tong),全線長140.305公(gong)(gong)里(li),按雙向四車道高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路標(biao)準(zhun)建設,路基(ji)寬度24.5m,設計(ji)時速80公(gong)(gong)里(li)/小時,初(chu)步設計(ji)概算210.83億元。全線橋(qiao)梁120座、隧(sui)道26座,橋(qiao)隧(sui)比高(gao)(gao)達(da)55%,其中K48-K85共37公(gong)(gong)里(li)路段橋(qiao)隧(sui)比高(gao)(gao)達(da)97%。項目具有“三高(gao)(gao)”(高(gao)(gao)海拔--3280米(mi)(mi)、高(gao)(gao)差大--1100米(mi)(mi)、高(gao)(gao)地震烈度--Ⅷ度)、“二復(fu)雜”(地形(xing)復(fu)雜、地質復(fu)雜)、“一脆(cui)弱”(生(sheng)態環境(jing)脆(cui)弱)、“一艱巨(ju)”(工(gong)程極(ji)為艱巨(ju))的特(te)點和難點。線路平均海拔從3280米(mi)(mi)到2000米(mi)(mi),是云南(nan)海拔最高(gao)(gao)的高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路,地處高(gao)(gao)寒山區、地質地形(xing)復(fu)雜、氣候條件惡劣、有效施(shi)工(gong)期短,給建設帶來諸多困(kun)難。

云南建(jian)投集(ji)團(tuan)圍繞保工(gong)期、保質(zhi)量、保安全(quan)(quan)、保廉潔(jie)、控成本、樹形象的(de)“四(si)保一控一樹”的(de)項目管(guan)理要求,充分發揮集(ji)團(tuan)化作戰(zhan)優勢(shi)、人才管(guan)理技(ji)術優勢(shi),積極發揚高(gao)原(yuan)鐵軍精神、工(gong)匠(jiang)精神,克難攻堅(jian),克服(fu)了香格里(li)拉高(gao)寒(han)缺(que)氧、氣(qi)候嚴寒(han)、有效(xiao)施工(gong)周期短(duan)等困難,在保證工(gong)程質(zhi)量安全(quan)(quan)的(de)前(qian)提下(xia),確保項目高(gao)效(xiao)推動,按時完成了“能通全(quan)(quan)通”工(gong)程建(jian)設目標任(ren)務。
此(ci)次(ci)試通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)路段(duan)為(wei)(wei)香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉至(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)江(jiang)河(he)(he)(he)、雄(xiong)(xiong)古(gu)(gu)至(zhi)白漢場(chang)立交段(duan),全(quan)長(chang)75公里(li)。試通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)2020年12月31日(ri)24:00起至(zhi)聯網收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)之(zhi)日(ri)止,先(xian)期開(kai)放(fang)香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、小(xiao)(xiao)中甸收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、沖(chong)(chong)江(jiang)河(he)(he)(he)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、雄(xiong)(xiong)古(gu)(gu)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)三個(ge)匝道收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。試通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)期間(jian),大麗(li)高速(su)駛往香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉方(fang)向(xiang)和香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉駛往大麗(li)高速(su)方(fang)向(xiang)的通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)車(che)(che)輛(liang)可經雄(xiong)(xiong)古(gu)(gu)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)出入站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),并(bing)由雄(xiong)(xiong)古(gu)(gu)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)代原(yuan)白漢場(chang)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)取(qu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)車(che)(che)輛(liang)在高速(su)公路收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)路網中的通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)。所行(xing)駛的香(xiang)麗(li)高速(su)雄(xiong)(xiong)古(gu)(gu)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)白漢場(chang)立交路段(duan)、香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉至(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)江(jiang)河(he)(he)(he)路段(duan)暫不(bu)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)取(qu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)費(fei)(fei)。其(qi)中香(xiang)格(ge)里(li)拉主線站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)江(jiang)河(he)(he)(he)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)區間(jian)僅限7座(zuo)以下(xia)(含7座(zuo))非營運小(xiao)(xiao)型普通(tong)(tong)(tong)客車(che)(che)通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)。七座(zuo)以上客車(che)(che)、貨車(che)(che)及營運車(che)(che)輛(liang)暫不(bu)允(yun)許通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing),待聯網收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)系(xi)統(tong)調試完畢,具(ju)備收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)費(fei)(fei)條件時(shi),正式(shi)面(mian)向(xiang)社會車(che)(che)輛(liang)開(kai)放(fang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)行(xing)。
香麗(li)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的建(jian)設(she)試通(tong)車對完(wan)善國家和(he)(he)云(yun)南省高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)網,改(gai)善區域交通(tong)出行條件(jian),加強滇(dian)西北旅游(you)資源聯動開發(fa)和(he)(he)構筑滇(dian)川藏(zang)“大香格里拉”旅游(you)圈(quan),促進區域經濟社會(hui)發(fa)展,加強民族(zu)團結,推動迪慶州(zhou)、麗(li)江市(shi)實現(xian)高(gao)質量跨越式發(fa)展和(he)(he)同步建(jian)成(cheng)小康社會(hui)目標具有重(zhong)要意義,是一(yi)條團結之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、觀光之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、康莊之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、和(he)(he)諧(xie)之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、生態之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)。
