今年以(yi)來,面(mian)對新冠(guan)肺(fei)炎疫情帶來的(de)沖擊和(he)挑戰,江(jiang)蘇省港口集團(tuan)危中尋機(ji),持續(xu)發(fa)力,積極融(rong)入雙(shuang)循環新格局,堅定(ding)落實“航線網絡(luo)化、攬貨(huo)網格化”布局,持續(xu)完善內外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)航線網絡(luo),新開、加密內外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)集裝箱(xiang)(xiang)航線12條,為江(jiang)蘇省內外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)物流通道建設進(jin)一步拓(tuo)展航運資源(yuan)。前三季度(du),集團(tuan)14艘大靈便型散貨(huo)船共安全完成102個航次和(he)496.43萬噸貨(huo)量運營;完成集裝箱(xiang)(xiang)運輸量96.48萬TEU,港航協同、融(rong)合發(fa)展優勢日(ri)益彰顯。
持續強化外貿通道建設
集(ji)團航(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)板塊著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)加(jia)強對(dui)日韓、東(dong)南(nan)亞等海(hai)上絲(si)綢之(zhi)路國家的通(tong)(tong)道建設,致力(li)(li)(li)于打造市場(chang)(chang)(chang)規模大(da)、船型優、班(ban)期(qi)密(mi)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)全、運(yun)(yun)輸量(liang)(liang)大(da)的外貿(mao)(mao)通(tong)(tong)道服(fu)(fu)務(wu)網絡。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)積極(ji)開(kai)發日韓航(hang)(hang)線(xian)市場(chang)(chang)(chang)。新開(kai)“南(nan)京-關西-廣島”外貿(mao)(mao)航(hang)(hang)線(xian),先期(qi)投(tou)入1艘1049TEU集(ji)裝箱船舶,實行(xing)每周(zhou)一(yi)(yi)班(ban),穩(wen)定運(yun)(yun)行(xing)后,預計每年可(ke)為(wei)南(nan)京港(gang)(gang)(gang)增加(jia)集(ji)裝箱吞吐量(liang)(liang)20000TEU、為(wei)太(tai)(tai)倉港(gang)(gang)(gang)增加(jia)集(ji)裝箱吞吐量(liang)(liang)50000TEU。二是(shi)全力(li)(li)(li)拓展東(dong)南(nan)亞航(hang)(hang)線(xian)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍。延長東(dong)南(nan)亞航(hang)(hang)線(xian)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)鏈,利用自身(shen)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)優勢(shi),攬(lan)取吉大(da)港(gang)(gang)(gang)方向貨(huo)(huo)源,推動(dong)林(lin)查班(ban)-吉大(da)港(gang)(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)開(kai)發建設,打通(tong)(tong)了連云港(gang)(gang)(gang)港(gang)(gang)(gang)、太(tai)(tai)倉港(gang)(gang)(gang)至(zhi)吉大(da)港(gang)(gang)(gang)的海(hai)上運(yun)(yun)輸通(tong)(tong)道。三是(shi)充分挖掘外貿(mao)(mao)市場(chang)(chang)(chang)資(zi)源。通(tong)(tong)過市場(chang)(chang)(chang)調(diao)研評估(gu)、運(yun)(yun)力(li)(li)(li)調(diao)整優化,利用線(xian)上直播等新方式加(jia)強攬(lan)貨(huo)(huo)力(li)(li)(li)度,進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)提升外貿(mao)(mao)集(ji)運(yun)(yun)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)能力(li)(li)(li),助力(li)(li)(li)江蘇省外貿(mao)(mao)通(tong)(tong)道建設。目(mu)前,集(ji)團航(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)板塊運(yun)(yun)營13艘集(ji)裝箱船舶、11條外貿(mao)(mao)航(hang)(hang)線(xian),航(hang)(hang)線(xian)覆蓋日本(ben)、韓國、東(dong)南(nan)亞等近15個(ge)港(gang)(gang)(gang)口。
不斷織密內貿航線網絡
集團(tuan)搶(qiang)抓(zhua)“構建內(nei)(nei)(nei)循(xun)環(huan)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)、國內(nei)(nei)(nei)國際雙(shuang)(shuang)循(xun)環(huan)相互促進的新發(fa)展格局”戰略(lve)機遇,以內(nei)(nei)(nei)貿航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)網(wang)絡(luo)布局,助力區(qu)域經濟發(fa)展。一是(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)貿干(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)成功加密(mi)。正式開(kai)(kai)通“南(nan)京(jing)(jing)-營(ying)口(kou)”二(er)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),實現雙(shuang)(shuang)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)并線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing),為(wei)(wei)南(nan)京(jing)(jing)港化(hua)肥集散轉(zhuan)換業(ye)務帶(dai)來有力保障,預計每月可新增箱(xiang)量(liang)(liang)5000TEU,加大了北方貨(huo)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)力度、提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)了長(chang)江中轉(zhuan)箱(xiang)轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)能(neng)力,同時增強(qiang)了內(nei)(nei)(nei)貿干(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能(neng)力和服務質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。二(er)是(shi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)河(he)支(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)不斷(duan)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)。統籌規(gui)劃內(nei)(nei)(nei)河(he)支(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資源(yuan)(yuan),加強(qiang)五(wu)定(ding)班輪(lun)隊伍建設,升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)改造(zao)“宿遷(qian)-南(nan)京(jing)(jing)”“淮安(an)-南(nan)京(jing)(jing)”兩條航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)(wei)五(wu)定(ding)班輪(lun)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);開(kai)(kai)通張(zhang)家港五(wu)定(ding)班輪(lun)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)“太(tai)倉-宜興(xing)”航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)(wei)五(wu)定(ding)班輪(lun)航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),實行(xing)每周二(er)、五(wu)固定(ding)班期;完成了太(tai)倉港-蘇州園區(qu)港航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)試運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)。三(san)是(shi)“穿(chuan)梭(suo)巴(ba)士(shi)”運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能(neng)力穩(wen)(wen)步提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。將寧(ning)泰航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)為(wei)(wei)“寧(ning)常泰”穿(chuan)巴(ba),為(wei)(wei)貨(huo)源(yuan)(yuan)經龍潭(tan)中轉(zhuan)到(dao)南(nan)京(jing)(jing)周邊、運(yun)(yun)(yun)河(he)、及上(shang)江區(qu)域提(ti)(ti)供了穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)高效(xiao)的運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)通道(dao);利用長(chang)三(san)角港口(kou)干(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資源(yuan)(yuan),提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)周三(san)班寧(ning)鎮揚(yang)穿(chuan)巴(ba)和天天班張(zhang)太(tai)穿(chuan)巴(ba)質(zhi)效(xiao),預計全年運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)箱(xiang)量(liang)(liang)分別可達1.28萬TEU、1.2萬TEU。前三(san)季(ji)度集團(tuan)航運(yun)(yun)(yun)板塊共完成內(nei)(nei)(nei)貿集裝箱(xiang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)60.97萬TEU,航線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)覆(fu)蓋長(chang)三(san)角、國內(nei)(nei)(nei)南(nan)北方等35個主(zhu)要港口(kou)。
努力釋放港航融合優勢
集(ji)團以航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為紐帶,以港(gang)(gang)口、航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)、物(wu)流(liu)為著力(li)(li)點(dian),串(chuan)珠成(cheng)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),加快港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)項(xiang)目落地,加速實現(xian)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)網(wang)絡化(hua)、攬貨(huo)網(wang)格化(hua),努力(li)(li)釋(shi)放(fang)港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)優勢。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)加大運(yun)(yun)河(he)節點(dian)港(gang)(gang)口布局。開辟(pi)濟寧(ning)、徐州(zhou)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),蘇(su)北(bei)內(nei)河(he)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)服務(wu)網(wang)絡逐漸(jian)完(wan)善,運(yun)(yun)河(he)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)輸箱量(liang)同比上升70%;與邳州(zhou)港(gang)(gang)簽訂裝卸協議,推進與邳州(zhou)港(gang)(gang)戰略合(he)作項(xiang)目;與龍(long)潭港(gang)(gang)合(he)作打造印有“江(jiang)蘇(su)遠(yuan)洋(yang)”標識的集(ji)裝箱,用于運(yun)(yun)河(he)區(qu)(qu)間物(wu)流(liu)運(yun)(yun)輸,積極推動省內(nei)運(yun)(yun)河(he)港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)企(qi)業(ye)互利共贏(ying)、可持續發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。二是(shi)(shi)突出強(qiang)化(hua)區(qu)(qu)域公司和(he)(he)(he)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)企(qi)業(ye)的融(rong)合(he)深度。以近(jin)洋(yang)直達航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)、內(nei)貿干線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資源布局、外貿內(nei)支線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)務(wu)架構(gou)完(wan)善、內(nei)河(he)和(he)(he)(he)穿巴航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)體(ti)(ti)系建(jian)設為主要路(lu)徑,新增(zeng)10余條常態運(yun)(yun)作航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),持續開發(fa)蘇(su)南地區(qu)(qu)項(xiang)目貨(huo)源,積極籌備(bei)吳淞江(jiang)-太(tai)倉(cang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)開辟(pi)工作,推進與龍(long)潭港(gang)(gang)內(nei)貿干線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)合(he)作項(xiang)目,充分發(fa)揮集(ji)團一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)競爭優勢。三是(shi)(shi)不斷(duan)顯現(xian)港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)優勢。以港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)貨(huo)聯(lian)合(he)營銷和(he)(he)(he)網(wang)格化(hua)攬貨(huo)體(ti)(ti)系為重點(dian),持續建(jian)立(li)完(wan)善體(ti)(ti)系化(hua)營銷模式,三季度太(tai)倉(cang)快航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)累(lei)計(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)吞(tun)吐(tu)(tu)量(liang)35.62萬TEU,同比增(zeng)長(chang)7.68%;滬太(tai)通屢(lv)創新高,累(lei)計(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)6萬TEU,同比增(zeng)長(chang)74%;永(yong)嘉碼頭至上海(hai)港(gang)(gang)五定班(ban)輪運(yun)(yun)行約228航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)次,吞(tun)吐(tu)(tu)箱量(liang)約32234TEU;江(jiang)蘇(su)遠(yuan)洋(yang)和(he)(he)(he)太(tai)倉(cang)港(gang)(gang)協同提升洋(yang)山中(zhong)轉(zhuan)支線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)服務(wu)效能(neng),實現(xian)在太(tai)倉(cang)港(gang)(gang)中(zhong)轉(zhuan)裝卸2626TEU,港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)效益顯著。
后續,集(ji)團將繼續深(shen)入推進一(yi)體化改革,全力服務“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”建設(she)、長江(jiang)經(jing)濟帶(dai)發(fa)展(zhan)、長三角一(yi)體化等重大戰略實施,圍(wei)繞區域性樞紐港建設(she),持續拓展(zhan)外(wai)(wai)貿(mao)航(hang)(hang)線、加密(mi)內貿(mao)航(hang)(hang)班,立(li)足(zu)港航(hang)(hang)融(rong)合發(fa)展(zhan)體系(xi)競爭優勢,進一(yi)步激發(fa)集(ji)團港航(hang)(hang)發(fa)展(zhan)動能,不斷促進江(jiang)蘇省(sheng)內外(wai)(wai)貿(mao)物流通道建設(she),積極(ji)構(gou)建江(jiang)蘇港口“雙(shuang)循環”物流新(xin)通道。
