今年以來,面對(dui)新(xin)(xin)冠肺炎疫情(qing)帶來的(de)沖擊(ji)和(he)挑(tiao)戰,江(jiang)蘇(su)省(sheng)港口集(ji)(ji)(ji)團危(wei)中尋機,持(chi)續發(fa)力,積極融(rong)入雙循環(huan)新(xin)(xin)格局,堅定落實(shi)“航(hang)(hang)線網(wang)絡(luo)化、攬貨(huo)網(wang)格化”布(bu)局,持(chi)續完善內(nei)外貿(mao)航(hang)(hang)線網(wang)絡(luo),新(xin)(xin)開(kai)、加(jia)密內(nei)外貿(mao)集(ji)(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)航(hang)(hang)線12條,為江(jiang)蘇(su)省(sheng)內(nei)外貿(mao)物流通道建設進一步拓展航(hang)(hang)運資源。前(qian)三季度,集(ji)(ji)(ji)團14艘大(da)靈便型散貨(huo)船(chuan)共(gong)安全完成102個航(hang)(hang)次和(he)496.43萬噸(dun)貨(huo)量運營;完成集(ji)(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)運輸量96.48萬TEU,港航(hang)(hang)協同、融(rong)合發(fa)展優勢日益彰顯。
持續強化外貿通道建設
集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)航(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)板塊(kuai)著力(li)(li)加強對日(ri)韓(han)、東(dong)南(nan)亞(ya)等海上(shang)絲綢之路國家的(de)通道(dao)建設,致力(li)(li)于打(da)造市(shi)場規模大(da)、船型優、班期(qi)密、服(fu)務(wu)全、運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)量大(da)的(de)外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)通道(dao)服(fu)務(wu)網絡。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)積極開發日(ri)韓(han)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)市(shi)場。新開“南(nan)京-關西-廣(guang)島”外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian),先(xian)期(qi)投(tou)入(ru)1艘1049TEU集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)船舶(bo),實行每周一(yi)(yi)班,穩(wen)定運(yun)(yun)(yun)行后,預計每年可為南(nan)京港增加集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)吞吐(tu)量20000TEU、為太(tai)倉(cang)港增加集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)吞吐(tu)量50000TEU。二是(shi)全力(li)(li)拓(tuo)展東(dong)南(nan)亞(ya)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)服(fu)務(wu)范(fan)圍(wei)。延(yan)長東(dong)南(nan)亞(ya)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)服(fu)務(wu)鏈,利用(yong)自(zi)身航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)優勢(shi),攬取吉(ji)大(da)港方向貨(huo)(huo)源,推動林查班-吉(ji)大(da)港航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)開發建設,打(da)通了連云港港、太(tai)倉(cang)港至吉(ji)大(da)港的(de)海上(shang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)通道(dao)。三是(shi)充(chong)分挖掘外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)市(shi)場資源。通過市(shi)場調研評估、運(yun)(yun)(yun)力(li)(li)調整優化,利用(yong)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)直播等新方式(shi)加強攬貨(huo)(huo)力(li)(li)度,進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)提升(sheng)外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)集(ji)(ji)運(yun)(yun)(yun)服(fu)務(wu)能力(li)(li),助力(li)(li)江蘇省外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)通道(dao)建設。目(mu)前,集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)航(hang)(hang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)板塊(kuai)運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)13艘集(ji)(ji)裝箱(xiang)船舶(bo)、11條外(wai)貿(mao)(mao)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian),航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)覆蓋日(ri)本、韓(han)國、東(dong)南(nan)亞(ya)等近15個(ge)港口。
不斷織密內貿航線網絡
集(ji)團(tuan)搶抓“構建(jian)內(nei)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)、國內(nei)國際(ji)雙循(xun)環(huan)(huan)相(xiang)互促進的新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)格局”戰略機遇(yu),以內(nei)貿(mao)航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)網絡布局,助力區域(yu)經濟發展(zhan)。一是內(nei)貿(mao)干線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)成功加(jia)密。正(zheng)式(shi)開(kai)(kai)通“南京-營口”二線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),實(shi)現雙航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)并線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)行,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)南京港(gang)(gang)化肥集(ji)散轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換業務帶來有(you)力保(bao)障,預計每月可新(xin)(xin)增箱量5000TEU,加(jia)大了(le)(le)北(bei)方(fang)貨源開(kai)(kai)發力度、提升(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)長江中轉(zhuan)(zhuan)箱轉(zhuan)(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)能力,同時增強了(le)(le)內(nei)貿(mao)干線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能力和(he)(he)服務質量。二是內(nei)河(he)支(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)不斷升(sheng)(sheng)級。統(tong)籌規劃(hua)內(nei)河(he)支(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資(zi)源,加(jia)強五(wu)定(ding)(ding)班輪(lun)(lun)隊伍建(jian)設(she),升(sheng)(sheng)級改造“宿遷-南京”“淮安-南京”兩條航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)五(wu)定(ding)(ding)班輪(lun)(lun)航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);開(kai)(kai)通張家港(gang)(gang)五(wu)定(ding)(ding)班輪(lun)(lun)航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);升(sheng)(sheng)級“太倉(cang)-宜興”航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)五(wu)定(ding)(ding)班輪(lun)(lun)航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),實(shi)行每周二、五(wu)固定(ding)(ding)班期;完(wan)(wan)成了(le)(le)太倉(cang)港(gang)(gang)-蘇州園區港(gang)(gang)航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)試運(yun)(yun)行。三(san)(san)是“穿(chuan)梭(suo)巴(ba)(ba)士”運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)能力穩步提升(sheng)(sheng)。將寧(ning)泰航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)升(sheng)(sheng)級為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“寧(ning)常泰”穿(chuan)巴(ba)(ba),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)貨源經龍潭中轉(zhuan)(zhuan)到南京周邊、運(yun)(yun)河(he)、及上(shang)江區域(yu)提供了(le)(le)穩定(ding)(ding)高效的運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)通道;利用(yong)長三(san)(san)角(jiao)港(gang)(gang)口干線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資(zi)源,提升(sheng)(sheng)周三(san)(san)班寧(ning)鎮揚(yang)穿(chuan)巴(ba)(ba)和(he)(he)天天班張太穿(chuan)巴(ba)(ba)質效,預計全年運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)箱量分別可達1.28萬(wan)(wan)TEU、1.2萬(wan)(wan)TEU。前三(san)(san)季度集(ji)團(tuan)航(hang)運(yun)(yun)板塊共完(wan)(wan)成內(nei)貿(mao)集(ji)裝箱運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)量60.97萬(wan)(wan)TEU,航(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)覆蓋長三(san)(san)角(jiao)、國內(nei)南北(bei)方(fang)等35個主(zhu)要港(gang)(gang)口。
努力釋放港航融合優勢
集團以航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)紐帶,以港(gang)(gang)口、航(hang)(hang)運(yun)、物(wu)流為(wei)著力點,串珠成線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),加(jia)快(kuai)港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)(he)發(fa)(fa)展項目(mu)落地,加(jia)速實現(xian)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)網(wang)絡(luo)化(hua)(hua)、攬貨(huo)網(wang)格化(hua)(hua),努力釋(shi)放港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)(he)優(you)勢(shi)。一(yi)是加(jia)大運(yun)河節點港(gang)(gang)口布(bu)局。開(kai)辟濟寧、徐(xu)州航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),蘇(su)北內(nei)河航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)服務(wu)(wu)網(wang)絡(luo)逐漸完善,運(yun)河線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運(yun)輸箱(xiang)(xiang)量同(tong)(tong)比上升70%;與邳州港(gang)(gang)簽(qian)訂裝卸(xie)協議,推(tui)進與邳州港(gang)(gang)戰略合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)項目(mu);與龍(long)潭港(gang)(gang)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)打造印有“江蘇(su)遠洋(yang)”標識的(de)集裝箱(xiang)(xiang),用于(yu)運(yun)河區間物(wu)流運(yun)輸,積極推(tui)動省內(nei)運(yun)河港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)企業(ye)互利共(gong)贏、可持續發(fa)(fa)展。二是突出強化(hua)(hua)區域公司和(he)(he)航(hang)(hang)運(yun)企業(ye)的(de)融(rong)合(he)(he)深(shen)度(du)。以近洋(yang)直達(da)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)拓展、內(nei)貿(mao)干(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)資(zi)源布(bu)局、外貿(mao)內(nei)支線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)架(jia)構完善、內(nei)河和(he)(he)穿巴航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)建設為(wei)主要路徑(jing),新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)10余條常態運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),持續開(kai)發(fa)(fa)蘇(su)南地區項目(mu)貨(huo)源,積極籌備吳(wu)淞江-太(tai)倉(cang)航(hang)(hang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)開(kai)辟工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),推(tui)進與龍(long)潭港(gang)(gang)內(nei)貿(mao)干(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)項目(mu),充分發(fa)(fa)揮集團一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)競(jing)爭優(you)勢(shi)。三(san)是不斷顯(xian)現(xian)港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)(he)發(fa)(fa)展優(you)勢(shi)。以港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)貨(huo)聯(lian)合(he)(he)營(ying)銷和(he)(he)網(wang)格化(hua)(hua)攬貨(huo)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)為(wei)重(zhong)點,持續建立(li)完善體(ti)(ti)系(xi)化(hua)(hua)營(ying)銷模式(shi),三(san)季度(du)太(tai)倉(cang)快(kuai)航(hang)(hang)累計(ji)完成吞吐(tu)量35.62萬(wan)TEU,同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)7.68%;滬太(tai)通屢(lv)創新(xin)高(gao),累計(ji)完成6萬(wan)TEU,同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)74%;永(yong)嘉(jia)碼頭至上海港(gang)(gang)五(wu)定班輪(lun)運(yun)行約(yue)228航(hang)(hang)次,吞吐(tu)箱(xiang)(xiang)量約(yue)32234TEU;江蘇(su)遠洋(yang)和(he)(he)太(tai)倉(cang)港(gang)(gang)協同(tong)(tong)提(ti)升洋(yang)山中轉支線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)服務(wu)(wu)效(xiao)(xiao)能(neng),實現(xian)在太(tai)倉(cang)港(gang)(gang)中轉裝卸(xie)2626TEU,港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)融(rong)合(he)(he)發(fa)(fa)展效(xiao)(xiao)益顯(xian)著。
后續,集團將繼續深(shen)入推(tui)進(jin)一(yi)體(ti)化改革(ge),全力(li)服務“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”建設、長江(jiang)經濟(ji)帶(dai)發展、長三角一(yi)體(ti)化等重(zhong)大戰(zhan)略實施,圍繞區域性(xing)樞紐(niu)港(gang)(gang)建設,持續拓展外貿航線、加(jia)密內貿航班,立(li)足港(gang)(gang)航融合(he)發展體(ti)系競爭優勢,進(jin)一(yi)步激發集團港(gang)(gang)航發展動能(neng),不斷促進(jin)江(jiang)蘇省內外貿物流通(tong)道建設,積極構(gou)建江(jiang)蘇港(gang)(gang)口“雙循環”物流新通(tong)道。
