合肥至安(an)慶高鐵(tie)靜態驗收(shou)工作(zuo)8月(yue)1日正式啟動(dong)。本次靜態驗收(shou)涉(she)及工務、通信、信號、電力、牽引(yin)供電、房建、客服信息、防(fang)災監控系統、土地及環(huan)水保等(deng)專業工程(cheng)。計(ji)劃9月(yue)進(jin)行動(dong)態驗收(shou),隨后轉入聯(lian)調(diao)聯(lian)試(shi)階段,11月(yue)進(jin)行運行試(shi)驗,預計(ji)今年(nian)年(nian)底前具備開通運營條件(jian)。

為(wei)保障靜態(tai)驗收(shou)順利進行,安(an)徽省(sheng)投資集團旗下鐵投公(gong)司、合安(an)高鐵公(gong)司于今年上(shang)半年啟動(dong)了項目沿線外部(bu)環境(jing)安(an)全隱(yin)患整治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,明確工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作計(ji)劃、時(shi)(shi)限和責任等(deng),積極(ji)協(xie)調地方政府(fu)落實隱(yin)患整治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,并提前與有(you)關單位對接,及時(shi)(shi)抽調骨干力量,協(xie)同(tong)合肥電務段(duan)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)務段(duan),有(you)關設計(ji)、監理、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位等(deng)代建單位,共(gong)同(tong)成立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程、通信信號、房建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程等(deng)10個(ge)專業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程組,對合安(an)高鐵項目建設、系統設備進行全面檢查(cha)、調試,嚴把靜態(tai)驗收(shou)質量關,排除隱(yin)患,為(wei)后續的動(dong)態(tai)驗收(shou)、聯(lian)(lian)調聯(lian)(lian)試及運行試驗奠定基(ji)礎(chu)。
合安(an)高鐵(tie)(tie)是安(an)徽省(sheng)首次自(zi)主投資(zi)(zi)為主建設的高鐵(tie)(tie)項目,是國家(jia)中(zhong)長期鐵(tie)(tie)路網規劃“八縱(zong)八橫”京(jing)港(臺)通道的重要組成部分,可研批復總(zong)投資(zi)(zi)307.55億元(yuan)(yuan)。項目資(zi)(zi)本金167億元(yuan)(yuan),由安(an)徽省(sheng)和國鐵(tie)(tie)集(ji)團分別出資(zi)(zi)133.6億元(yuan)(yuan)(80%)和33.4億元(yuan)(yuan)(20%)。在省(sheng)方出資(zi)(zi)中(zhong),省(sheng)投資(zi)(zi)集(ji)團承擔60%,沿線地市(shi)承擔40%。

項(xiang)目位(wei)于安(an)徽省西(xi)南部,地處長江(jiang)中下游、巢湖(hu)流域,包括合(he)(he)(he)(he)安(an)高鐵正線(xian)(xian)工(gong)程和合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)樞紐(niu)相關工(gong)程(合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)南至肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)聯絡線(xian)(xian)、寧西(xi)貨車(che)外繞線(xian)(xian)、合(he)(he)(he)(he)九貨車(che)聯絡線(xian)(xian)、合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)動車(che)所及走行線(xian)(xian)工(gong)程、新(xin)合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan))。正線(xian)(xian)自合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)樞紐(niu)新(xin)合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)引(yin)出,經(jing)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)、舒城(cheng)(cheng)、廬(lu)江(jiang)、桐(tong)城(cheng)(cheng)、懷(huai)寧等市縣,終至新(xin)安(an)慶西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)(不含),正線(xian)(xian)全(quan)長162公(gong)里,沿線(xian)(xian)設新(xin)合(he)(he)(he)(he)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)、肥(fei)(fei)(fei)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)、舒城(cheng)(cheng)東站(zhan)(zhan)、廬(lu)江(jiang)西(xi)站(zhan)(zhan)、桐(tong)城(cheng)(cheng)東站(zhan)(zhan)等車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),設計行車(che)速度(du)350公(gong)里/小(xiao)時。
合(he)(he)安高(gao)鐵北接(jie)合(he)(he)蚌、京(jing)滬、商合(he)(he)杭高(gao)鐵,溝通京(jing)津冀及山東皖(wan)北蘇北等(deng)廣大(da)片區(qu)(qu);南連(lian)安九、昌九、昌吉(ji)贛、贛深高(gao)鐵,溝通江(jiang)西(xi)、湖南、珠三角等(deng)片區(qu)(qu)。項目貫通南北、連(lian)接(jie)東西(xi),有利于完善全國干線和省內城際鐵路網布局(ju),提升路網連(lian)通度和靈活(huo)機動(dong)性,拉近合(he)(he)肥與安慶、皖(wan)江(jiang)城市帶與環鄱陽城市圈的時(shi)空距離(li),對(dui)(dui)增(zeng)進皖(wan)江(jiang)城市帶對(dui)(dui)外交流協作,帶動(dong)沿線地區(qu)(qu)經濟社會(hui)發展(zhan)和推進沿線城鎮(zhen)化(hua)進程具(ju)有積極(ji)意(yi)義。
