7月30日凌晨(chen)2點(dian),歷經(jing)28個小(xiao)時的(de)連續作業,廣(guang)東省交通(tong)集團在建(jian)的(de)深中(zhong)通(tong)道沉(chen)管(guan)(guan)隧道標(biao)準管(guan)(guan)節E2完成沉(chen)放,并(bing)與(yu)E1管(guan)(guan)節順利對接。這是繼(ji)今年首(shou)節沉(chen)管(guan)(guan)E1與(yu)西人工(gong)(gong)島實現“海底初吻”、最寬鋼(gang)殼沉(chen)管(guan)(guan)E32管(guan)(guan)節澆筑完成并(bing)順利出塢后,粵港(gang)澳大(da)灣區核心工(gong)(gong)程迎來的(de)又一重(zhong)大(da)節點(dian),標(biao)志著深中(zhong)通(tong)道沉(chen)管(guan)(guan)隧道工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設進入“快車道”。
E2管節更長、更重、難度更大
深中通道(dao)沉管(guan)隧(sui)道(dao)長約(yue)6.8公里(li),沉管(guan)段長約(yue)5公里(li),采用國內(nei)首次應(ying)用的鋼殼混凝(ning)土(tu)組(zu)合結構(gou)形(xing)式,由32節(jie)管(guan)節(jie)和一(yi)(yi)個最(zui)終接頭組(zu)成,是目前世界上(shang)最(zui)寬的海底(di)沉管(guan)隧(sui)道(dao)。此前沉放安裝的E1管(guan)節(jie)長123.8米,本次下放的E2管(guan)節(jie)為(wei)長165米的標(biao)準管(guan)節(jie),重約(yue)8萬噸,其排水量相(xiang)當于一(yi)(yi)艘中型(xing)航空母艦。
與E1管(guan)節相比,E2管(guan)節長(chang)度更長(chang)、重量更大,意味著兩者浮(fu)運安(an)裝工藝(yi)存在(zai)較大差異,其安(an)裝存在(zai)更多的挑(tiao)戰(zhan):沉(chen)管(guan)浮(fu)運安(an)裝一(yi)體船(chuan)首次(ci)拖帶標準管(guan)節施工,首次(ci)使用船(chuan)艉進行對接,無相關經驗參考;船(chuan)管(guan)連接增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)為8套32個拉索,需重新計算(suan)相關參數(shu);導流提拆除后,受西島及E1尾端擾流影響,E2管(guan)節對接控制難度加(jia)大;E2管(guan)節基槽存在(zai)“喇叭口”邊坡,受西島擾流影響,沖(chong)刷落淤風(feng)險增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)等(deng)。
保駕護航超長浮運,“巨無霸”海上航行50公里
7月28日晚(wan)10點(dian),結合小潮汛(xun)期(qi)浮運安(an)裝窗口(kou)特點(dian)編制的(de)時間(jian)表,提前完(wan)成絞(jiao)移出塢的(de)E2管節,在2艘(sou)(sou)清障錨艇、1艘(sou)(sou)測流船、4艘(sou)(sou)拖(tuo)輪及4艘(sou)(sou)輔助錨艇等17艘(sou)(sou)輔助船舶(bo)組成的(de)編隊護(hu)航下整裝待(dai)發(fa)。
“E2管節(jie)浮(fu)運正式開始(shi)!”剛過凌晨1點(dian)半,中交一航(hang)局(ju)總經理由廣君發出動員指(zhi)令,人員各就其位。伴隨著潮漲潮落,一體船連接E2管節(jie)在(zai)近(jin)50公里(li)的(de)超長浮(fu)運航(hang)道(dao)里(li)一路向北。
夜間浮運(yun)對(dui)人員(yuan)狀態提出(chu)挑戰。全線兩(liang)側(ce)共布置28個航(hang)標、4套(tao)海流(liu)觀測浮標對(dui)不同航(hang)道、流(liu)向、流(liu)速(su)情況(kuang)進(jin)行顯示,同時由項目(mu)部自主研(yan)發的導(dao)航(hang)軟件系統將(jiang)船管位置、姿(zi)態、航(hang)速(su)及航(hang)道周邊(bian)環境信息進(jin)行可(ke)視化顯示。
“此(ci)前(qian)深(shen)(shen)(shen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通道(dao)(dao)首個管(guan)節順利完成浮(fu)運安裝,讓我們(men)沉管(guan)浮(fu)運團隊對各項(xiang)技術參數(shu)及一(yi)體(ti)船(chuan)的(de)操作流程(cheng)有(you)了更深(shen)(shen)(shen)入地了解和把握(wo),大(da)大(da)增加了作業(ye)熟練度及應(ying)對水流變(bian)化的(de)經驗(yan),有(you)效保障了此(ci)次E2管(guan)節浮(fu)運全程(cheng)安全平穩進行,同時也為以后其他管(guan)節浮(fu)運提供重要(yao)的(de)借鑒(jian)。”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)交一(yi)航局深(shen)(shen)(shen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通道(dao)(dao)項(xiang)目S09標常務(wu)副總經理岳(yue)遠征表示。
歷(li)經(jing)約(yue)12小時的(de)航道浮運后(hou),29日上午9點(dian)半,E2管(guan)(guan)節抵(di)達位于西人工(gong)島的(de)轉向(xiang)區,在(zai)DP自動循跡(ji)航行(xing)(xing)模式下,從最東側錨漂以東進入(ru)基槽,至對接端50米(mi)處進行(xing)(xing)180度轉向(xiang)。30日凌晨2點(dian),經(jing)過連夜進行(xing)(xing)系泊絞移(yi)、沉放(fang)、拉(la)合、水力壓接、管(guan)(guan)節壓載等工(gong)序, E2管(guan)(guan)節止(zhi)水帶在(zai)充分壓縮后(hou)與E1管(guan)(guan)節尾端緊密結(jie)合,標(biao)志著E2和E1管(guan)(guan)節在(zai)海底實現完美對接。
E2管(guan)(guan)節(jie)順利浮運、安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)及成功對(dui)接,既(ji)是對(dui)沉管(guan)(guan)浮運安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)一(yi)體船(chuan)等核心裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)以及相關施工工藝的再(zai)次驗證(zheng),更是為(wei)后續管(guan)(guan)節(jie)如期沉放安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)打下了良好的基(ji)礎。下階(jie)段,項目(mu)將開展E2管(guan)(guan)節(jie)貫通測量,滿足要求(qiu)后進行(xing)最終壓載(zai)、舾裝(zhuang)(zhuang)件(jian)拆(chai)除及點鎖(suo)回填。
目前(qian),深中通道(dao)項目建設進(jin)(jin)展順(shun)利(li),各分項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)有序推進(jin)(jin)。橋梁工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)方(fang)面,伶仃(ding)洋大橋、中山大橋主塔承臺施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)全部(bu)完(wan)成(cheng),進(jin)(jin)入塔柱施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)階(jie)段(duan);島(dao)(dao)隧工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)方(fang)面,東人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)島(dao)(dao)正(zheng)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)島(dao)(dao)壁拋填(tian)及島(dao)(dao)內(nei)回填(tian)砂施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),西人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)島(dao)(dao)正(zheng)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)島(dao)(dao)上暗(an)埋段(duan)、敞開段(duan)隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以及島(dao)(dao)壁拋填(tian)作業;沉管隧道(dao)主體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)方(fang)面,7月25日,最寬(kuan)(kuan)鋼殼沉管E32管節澆筑完(wan)成(cheng)并(bing)順(shun)利(li)出塢,刷新了(le)世界(jie)上超寬(kuan)(kuan)管節在(zai)受限(xian)水(shui)域(yu)的出塢紀錄。
深中通(tong)(tong)(tong)道是(shi)國家(jia)“十三(san)五”重大(da)(da)工程,作為珠三(san)角“深莞惠”與“珠中江”兩(liang)大(da)(da)城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)群之間唯一公路(lu)直連通(tong)(tong)(tong)道,是(shi)完成珠江口“A”字型交通(tong)(tong)(tong)網絡骨架(jia)的(de)重要(yao)一橫。待(dai)2024年建(jian)成通(tong)(tong)(tong)車后,將有效釋放(fang)廣東(dong)(dong)當前(qian)的(de)區(qu)域(yu)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)路(lu)網壓力,推進(jin)粵港(gang)澳大(da)(da)灣(wan)區(qu)東(dong)(dong)西兩(liang)岸(an)產(chan)業互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong)以及各類要(yao)素的(de)高效配(pei)置,提(ti)高粵港(gang)澳大(da)(da)灣(wan)區(qu)的(de)“硬聯(lian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)”和“軟聯(lian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)”水(shui)平,推動大(da)(da)灣(wan)區(qu)城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)群深度融(rong)合發展。
