公(gong)(gong)共交(jiao)通安(an)(an)全(quan)是城市(shi)公(gong)(gong)共安(an)(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)組成部分(fen),加(jia)強公(gong)(gong)共交(jiao)通安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)關系到廣大市(shi)民群眾(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)日常出(chu)行安(an)(an)全(quan)。深圳巴(ba)士集團運營公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)線路(lu)346條(tiao),優點定制線路(lu)1000條(tiao),擁有(you)營運車(che)輛合計12275輛,運營管(guan)(guan)理(li)具有(you)點多、線長、面廣、體大、流動、分(fen)散的(de)(de)(de)特點。傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)手段主要(yao)(yao)采取經(jing)驗(yan)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)“人盯人”防(fang)(fang)控(kong)模(mo)式,已然不能滿(man)足新時代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)要(yao)(yao)求。為了實(shi)現由(you)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)被動事(shi)后人防(fang)(fang)向主動事(shi)前技(ji)防(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian),巴(ba)士集團致力于探索安(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)智能解決方案,力爭走出(chu)用智能管(guan)(guan)控(kong)安(an)(an)全(quan)、用大數據管(guan)(guan)控(kong)安(an)(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)“科技(ji)強安(an)(an)”之路(lu),從(cong)2018年起在集團下屬的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)車(che)和出(chu)租車(che)推廣應用主動安(an)(an)全(quan)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)系統。
通過近一(yi)年(nian)時(shi)間的(de)試用,巴士集(ji)團在設(she)備商(shang)提供的(de)原始功(gong)(gong)能基礎上(shang),結(jie)合(he)自身多(duo)年(nian)管(guan)(guan)理(li)數(shu)據和經(jing)驗,聯合(he)設(she)備商(shang)不斷對(dui)系統進行(xing)(xing)優(you)化和完善,逐(zhu)步(bu)開發了一(yi)套較符合(he)城市(shi)公(gong)交(jiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)功(gong)(gong)能:一(yi)是(shi)基于交(jiao)通事故特點和歷史數(shu)據的(de)分析,識別了駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)中最常見的(de)24種不良駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)為,并將(jiang)其分為三(san)(san)類進行(xing)(xing)不同級別的(de)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)。二是(shi)將(jiang)所有的(de)預警信息、視(shi)頻(pin)、圖(tu)(tu)像、處(chu)理(li)結(jie)果和談話內容(rong)等,上(shang)傳至后臺進行(xing)(xing)大數(shu)據分析,形成每(mei)個(ge)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)員(yuan)獨有的(de)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)員(yuan)畫(hua)像——雷達圖(tu)(tu)。通過雷達圖(tu)(tu)可(ke)以全面的(de)、客觀的(de)了解駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)員(yuan)的(de)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)風格,基層(ceng)車(che)隊(dui)可(ke)以進行(xing)(xing)更有針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)安(an)全培訓(xun)教育。三(san)(san)是(shi)輔助(zhu)利用車(che)載終端監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統(GPS),進行(xing)(xing)實時(shi)動態監(jian)控(kong)(kong)。利用系統的(de)定時(shi)圖(tu)(tu)像抓拍、實時(shi)視(shi)頻(pin)查(cha)控(kong)(kong)等功(gong)(gong)能,執行(xing)(xing)三(san)(san)層(ceng)級視(shi)頻(pin)查(cha)控(kong)(kong),現場管(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)能力(li)得(de)到大幅度提升,讓(rang)駕(jia)駛(shi)(shi)員(yuan)的(de)不安(an)全行(xing)(xing)為大幅減少(shao)。
目前,巴(ba)士(shi)集團屬(shu)下(xia)2244輛(liang)營運(yun)車輛(liang)已安(an)裝了主動安(an)全(quan)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。根據試用(yong)情況(kuang)初步(bu)統(tong)(tong)計(ji),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)上線后(hou)交通(tong)事故率同比下(xia)降37.7%,傷(shang)人率下(xia)降42.9%,經損率下(xia)降45.8%,安(an)全(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)效果較好。主動安(an)全(quan)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)實現了對駕駛員的(de)全(quan)過程、全(quan)覆蓋的(de)預(yu)前安(an)全(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong),相當于(yu)一雙“天眼”,是(shi)城市公共交通(tong)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)的(de)“神(shen)器”,為確保(bao)市民公交安(an)全(quan)出行(xing),提升(sheng)公交行(xing)業(ye)本質安(an)全(quan),維護城市公共安(an)全(quan),提供了強有力(li)的(de)保(bao)障。下(xia)一步(bu),巴(ba)士(shi)集團將全(quan)面(mian)進行(xing)該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)推廣應(ying)用(yong)。
