公(gong)共(gong)交通安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)是(shi)城市公(gong)共(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要組成部分,加強公(gong)共(gong)交通安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)關系到廣(guang)大市民群眾(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)日常出行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)。深圳巴(ba)士集(ji)團運(yun)(yun)營公(gong)交線(xian)路346條,優點定制線(xian)路1000條,擁有營運(yun)(yun)車(che)輛合計12275輛,運(yun)(yun)營管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)具(ju)有點多(duo)、線(xian)長、面廣(guang)、體大、流動(dong)(dong)(dong)、分散的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點。傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控手段主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要采取(qu)經(jing)驗(yan)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“人(ren)盯(ding)人(ren)”防控模式,已然不能(neng)滿足新(xin)時代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)要求。為了實(shi)現由傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)被動(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)后人(ren)防向(xiang)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)前技防的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉變(bian),巴(ba)士集(ji)團致(zhi)力(li)于探索安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控智能(neng)解決方案,力(li)爭走(zou)出用(yong)智能(neng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、用(yong)大數據(ju)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“科技強安(an)(an)”之路,從2018年起在集(ji)團下屬的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)交車(che)和出租車(che)推廣(guang)應用(yong)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防控系統。
通過(guo)近一(yi)年時(shi)間(jian)的試(shi)用,巴士集團在設(she)備商(shang)提(ti)供的原始功(gong)(gong)能基(ji)礎上(shang)(shang),結合自身多年管理(li)數(shu)據和經驗,聯合設(she)備商(shang)不(bu)斷對系(xi)(xi)統進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)優(you)化(hua)和完善,逐步開(kai)發了(le)一(yi)套較(jiao)符合城市公交(jiao)管理(li)的監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)功(gong)(gong)能:一(yi)是基(ji)于交(jiao)通事故特點(dian)和歷史數(shu)據的分析,識別(bie)了(le)駕(jia)(jia)駛中最(zui)常(chang)見的24種不(bu)良駕(jia)(jia)駛行(xing)(xing)為,并將其分為三類進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)不(bu)同級(ji)別(bie)的管控(kong)。二是將所有的預警信息、視頻(pin)、圖像(xiang)、處(chu)理(li)結果(guo)和談話(hua)內容等(deng),上(shang)(shang)傳至后臺進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)大數(shu)據分析,形(xing)成(cheng)每個駕(jia)(jia)駛員(yuan)獨有的駕(jia)(jia)駛員(yuan)畫(hua)像(xiang)——雷(lei)達(da)圖。通過(guo)雷(lei)達(da)圖可(ke)以(yi)(yi)全面的、客觀的了(le)解駕(jia)(jia)駛員(yuan)的駕(jia)(jia)駛風格,基(ji)層車隊可(ke)以(yi)(yi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)更有針對性的安(an)全培訓教育。三是輔助(zhu)利(li)(li)用車載終端監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(GPS),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)實時(shi)動態監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)。利(li)(li)用系(xi)(xi)統的定時(shi)圖像(xiang)抓拍、實時(shi)視頻(pin)查(cha)控(kong)等(deng)功(gong)(gong)能,執行(xing)(xing)三層級(ji)視頻(pin)查(cha)控(kong),現場管控(kong)能力(li)得到(dao)大幅度(du)提(ti)升,讓駕(jia)(jia)駛員(yuan)的不(bu)安(an)全行(xing)(xing)為大幅減(jian)少。
目前,巴(ba)士(shi)集(ji)團屬下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)2244輛(liang)營運車輛(liang)已(yi)安(an)(an)裝了(le)主動安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)防控系統(tong)(tong)。根(gen)據試(shi)用(yong)情況初步(bu)統(tong)(tong)計,系統(tong)(tong)上(shang)線(xian)后交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)事故率同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降37.7%,傷人(ren)率下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降42.9%,經損率下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降45.8%,安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管控效果較好。主動安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)防控系統(tong)(tong)實現(xian)了(le)對駕駛員的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)覆蓋(gai)的(de)(de)(de)預前安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管控,相當于一雙“天眼”,是城(cheng)市(shi)公共(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管控的(de)(de)(de)“神(shen)器”,為確保市(shi)民公交(jiao)(jiao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)出行,提(ti)升(sheng)公交(jiao)(jiao)行業本質安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan),維(wei)護城(cheng)市(shi)公共(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan),提(ti)供了(le)強有力的(de)(de)(de)保障。下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)一步(bu),巴(ba)士(shi)集(ji)團將(jiang)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面進(jin)行該系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)推廣應(ying)用(yong)。
