3月(yue)20日(ri)零時(shi),由中(zhong)國電建投資建設的(de)亞(ya)洲最寬無(wu)(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)——鄭州賈魯(lu)河(he)大橋(qiao)正式(shi)通車(che)。作為中(zhong)牟縣重要交通要道,賈魯(lu)河(he)大橋(qiao)的(de)通車(che)不僅(jin)有(you)效緩解了(le)中(zhong)牟縣現(xian)有(you)交通壓(ya)力,同時(shi),作為一座(zuo)寬達55米的(de)無(wu)(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉橋(qiao),大橋(qiao)以(yi)其亞(ya)洲最寬無(wu)(wu)背索斜(xie)塔斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)成為中(zhong)牟一座(zuo)新的(de)標(biao)志性(xing)建筑。
賈魯河(he)(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)位于鄭州(zhou)國際文(wen)化(hua)創(chuang)意產業(ye)園區人文(wen)路與賈魯河(he)(he)交匯處。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)于2015年(nian)3月開(kai)工建設,為(wei)(wei)單(dan)塔雙索面(mian)無背索斜塔斜拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao),總長(chang)890米(mi),橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)長(chang)526米(mi),寬55米(mi)。主橋(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)(wei)整體(ti)式(shi)一(yi)幅橋(qiao)(qiao),引橋(qiao)(qiao)橫向分為(wei)(wei)三幅橋(qiao)(qiao),其(qi)中中幅橋(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)(wei)機動車橋(qiao)(qiao),兩側邊幅橋(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)(wei)輔道橋(qiao)(qiao)。該橋(qiao)(qiao)主塔為(wei)(wei)預應力混凝土(tu)構(gou)件,主塔上塔柱垂直高度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)71.6米(mi),與地面(mian)夾(jia)角(jiao)60度(du)(du);裝(zhuang)飾塔為(wei)(wei)鳳(feng)首箜篌造(zao)型(xing),兼具景觀(guan)功能和配重功能,共布置18根索及阻尼裝(zhuang)置。斜塔形(xing)式(shi)及高度(du)(du)在國內(nei)外(wai)均為(wei)(wei)罕(han)見,寬度(du)(du)上為(wei)(wei)同類型(xing)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)亞洲之最。
兩個主(zhu)塔是(shi)大橋施工(gong)(gong)的最大難點。主(zhu)塔高(gao)78米,分(fen)10節施工(gong)(gong),每節混凝土澆筑高(gao)度約(yue)6米。中國電建(jian)開展多項科研技術創新,通過優化主(zhu)塔施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序,建(jian)立應力應變監測體系,開發(fa)爬模(mo)智能監測系統和BIM(建(jian)筑信(xin)息模(mo)型(xing))工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管理系統,不僅保(bao)證了主(zhu)塔的施工(gong)(gong)安(an)全,還有效縮短了主(zhu)塔每節段的施工(gong)(gong)周期,確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順(shun)利進展。
