10月11日,中(zhong)(zhong)國航(hang)(hang)油集團(tuan)公司(si)與(yu)(yu)部分省(sheng)市、企業在北京人民大會堂隆重舉(ju)(ju)行(xing)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)事業戰略合作協議(yi)簽(qian)約儀式。此舉(ju)(ju)是積(ji)極落實黨中(zhong)(zhong)央、國務院提出的新的發展(zhan)理念(nian)和(he)產業結構(gou)轉(zhuan)型調整(zheng),落實民航(hang)(hang)強國戰略,推動民航(hang)(hang)和(he)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)兩翼齊飛的重要戰略舉(ju)(ju)措,標志著中(zhong)(zhong)國航(hang)(hang)油與(yu)(yu)各方加(jia)強高層次(ci)戰略合作、攜(xie)手加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)事業發展(zhan)步入了新的快(kuai)(kuai)車道。

通用(yong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)與運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)并稱(cheng)為民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)業發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)“兩翼”,也是航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)體系的(de)重要(yao)組成(cheng)部(bu)分(fen)。通用(yong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)2016年被確定為國(guo)家戰(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)(lve)(lve)性新(xin)興產業,迎來(lai)前所未有的(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機遇。但我國(guo)通用(yong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)正處于發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)起步階(jie)段(duan),基(ji)礎供給保(bao)障能力(li)(li)不足是制約通航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)最為突出(chu)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)之一。中(zhong)國(guo)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)油(you)與地(di)方(fang)(fang)政府、通航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)企業簽訂戰(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)(lve)(lve)合作協議,努力(li)(li)在通航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)供油(you)網(wang)絡布局、保(bao)障設(she)施建設(she)等方(fang)(fang)面實現(xian)更深層次、更高層級(ji)的(de)合作發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),對進一步促進通用(yong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、推動民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)和通航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)兩翼齊飛、助力(li)(li)民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)強(qiang)國(guo)戰(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)(lve)(lve)具有重要(yao)的(de)戰(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)(lve)(lve)意義。
