7月7日凌晨5點50分(fen),伴(ban)隨(sui)著挖掘(jue)機轟隆(long)隆(long)的作(zuo)業聲(sheng),由(you)中國五礦所(suo)屬中冶集(ji)團承建(jian)的印尼(ni)國家第一(yi)條(tiao)公路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)工程——芝蘇達烏公路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)暗洞(dong)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)施工正式開(kai)始(shi),本(ben)次(ci)進(jin)(jin)洞(dong)儀(yi)式的舉(ju)行標志著隧(sui)道(dao)施工取(qu)得重大進(jin)(jin)展。
芝蘇達烏(wu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)是印尼優(you)貸項目,也是印尼優(you)貸項目重點控制性工(gong)程,得到了印尼各方(fang)高度關(guan)注。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)單(dan)(dan)洞長472米,平(ping)均埋(mai)深60米,設計為雙向(xiang)六車道(dao)(dao),單(dan)(dan)洞凈寬為15.98米,屬于大斷面淺埋(mai)式隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)。
自去年9月份開工(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,中冶集團做了(le)(le)大量(liang)前期準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案得到了(le)(le)印(yin)尼安委會各方(fang)的高度(du)認(ren)(ren)可。在拆遷(qian)未完成(cheng)的不利因素下,為(wei)順(shun)利推(tui)進(jin)隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),中冶集團結合現場實際情況,認(ren)(ren)真研(yan)究隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)圖及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,經過與當(dang)地監(jian)理、業主(zhu)等(deng)方(fang)面的協調(diao)溝通,將隧道(dao)明(ming)洞(dong)110米變更為(wei)40米,大大減少了(le)(le)隧道(dao)的明(ming)洞(dong)土方(fang)開挖(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang),加快(kuai)了(le)(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度(du)。同時,中冶集團積極爭(zheng)取到左(zuo)洞(dong)先行的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)審(shen)批,降低(di)了(le)(le)征地拆遷(qian)進(jin)度(du)對隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的影響(xiang),為(wei)隧道(dao)開展暗洞(dong)掘進(jin)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)奠定(ding)了(le)(le)基礎。
該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)是中(zhong)冶(ye)集團(tuan)在“一帶(dai)一路”沿線國家(jia)實施的重點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)之一,也是中(zhong)國中(zhong)冶(ye)積極踐行國家(jia)“一帶(dai)一路”戰略重要成(cheng)果之一。項(xiang)目(mu)建成(cheng)后,將進一步改善印尼當地(di)落后的交通網絡(luo),促進該(gai)地(di)區經濟(ji)社會等各方面的發展。
