6月22日,中(zhong)國建(jian)筑工程總公(gong)司所屬中(zhong)建(jian)技術(shu)中(zhong)心完成國內首例反力墻(qiang)反力地板試驗(yan)區(qu)液壓(ya)與(yu)控制加載系統(tong)二層足尺框(kuang)架(jia)驗(yan)收試驗(yan)。
該驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)為8層含屈曲約束支撐(BRB)框(kuang)架雙向足尺擬(ni)動力(li)(li)、擬(ni)靜(jing)力(li)(li)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),其中底部兩層為試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)子(zi)結構。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過程中,最多采用4臺控(kong)制器聯(lian)合控(kong)制8套(tao)作(zuo)動器對結構進行水平及(ji)轉角的協調加載,依次(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)8度(du)區小震(zhen)、中震(zhen)、大震(zhen)及(ji)9度(du)區大震(zhen)等(deng)子(zi)結構擬(ni)動力(li)(li)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),最后完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)層間(jian)位移角達1/20擬(ni)靜(jing)力(li)(li)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)直至試(shi)(shi)件(jian)嚴重破壞結束。
大型(xing)反力(li)墻(qiang)反力(li)地(di)板加載(zai)系統可(ke)廣泛應用于預(yu)制(zhi)裝配式(shi)建(jian)筑(zhu)技術(shu)研究,為預(yu)制(zhi)裝配式(shi)建(jian)筑(zhu)在高烈(lie)度地(di)震區的(de)推廣提供技術(shu)支撐。
