建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋建設的(de)(de)(de)肯(ken)尼(ni)亞蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)將(jiang)于2017年6月1日正(zheng)式(shi)開通試(shi)運營(ying)。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)(shi)肯(ken)尼(ni)亞國(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨立(li)以來的(de)(de)(de)最大工(gong)程,是(shi)(shi)其(qi)近百年來新建的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)條鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu),全長480公里,連接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞首都內羅畢和(he)東非第一(yi)大港(gang)蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)巴薩港(gang)。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)(shi)東共體北(bei)部戰(zhan)略(lve)走廊的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)段,也是(shi)(shi)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)(lu)”戰(zhan)略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)首個非洲項目。根據遠期規劃,該(gai)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)將(jiang)連接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞、坦桑尼(ni)亞、烏干達(da)、盧旺達(da)、布隆迪和(he)南(nan)蘇丹等東非6國(guo)(guo)(guo),對于促(cu)進東非現(xian)代(dai)化鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)成和(he)地區經濟發展具有(you)重要意義。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)作為完全采用(yong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)一(yi)級標準的(de)(de)(de)典(dian)型(xing)工(gong)程,是(shi)(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第一(yi)次(ci)全部采用(yong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準建造的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)化鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu),是(shi)(shi)實施我國(guo)(guo)(guo)標準“走出(chu)去”戰(zhan)略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個成功范例。

蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)建設期(qi)間,建研(yan)(yan)(yan)院高性(xing)能混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)對(dui)其混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程提(ti)供(gong)了(le)全面的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)咨詢與(yu)(yu)服務(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。自(zi)2014年1月起(qi),中(zhong)心(xin)先后承擔了(le)“肯尼亞當(dang)地天然火山灰(hui)質材料在鐵(tie)路(lu)高性(xing)能混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”、“蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)項(xiang)目骨料吸水率對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)性(xing)能的(de)(de)影響(xiang)及(ji)改善控制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”和(he)“阿西河特大(da)橋清水高性(xing)能混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)配(pei)制(zhi)及(ji)應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”、“非洲干旱地區混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)養護(hu)集成技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”等多(duo)個(ge)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)項(xiang)目與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)服務(wu)。在三年多(duo)的(de)(de)時間內,中(zhong)心(xin)多(duo)名專家先后12次赴肯尼亞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)提(ti)供(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)服務(wu),并在國內外系統(tong)開(kai)展了(le)大(da)量的(de)(de)試驗研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)(yu)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)攻(gong)關工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成果與(yu)(yu)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)支持得到了(le)業主(zhu)與(yu)(yu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位的(de)(de)一致認可,也在很大(da)程度上保證和(he)提(ti)高了(le)蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)的(de)(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量,產生了(le)顯著(zhu)的(de)(de)經濟效益(yi)與(yu)(yu)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)價(jia)值(zhi)。

以“肯尼(ni)亞當地天然火山灰(hui)質材料(liao)在鐵路(lu)高性能(neng)(neng)混凝土中的(de)應(ying)用技(ji)術研究”項(xiang)目為(wei)例,該(gai)課題(ti)通過(guo)對肯尼(ni)亞當地天然火山灰(hui)的(de)開發利用,成功取(qu)代依賴遠途運輸(shu)才能(neng)(neng)獲得的(de)粉(fen)煤灰(hui),作為(wei)礦(kuang)物摻合料(liao)規模化應(ying)用于蒙-內鐵路(lu)混凝土工程,實現(xian)了(le)(le)就地取(qu)材,降(jiang)低了(le)(le)建設成本,同(tong)時(shi)顯著(zhu)提高了(le)(le)混凝土性能(neng)(neng),經濟效益和技(ji)術價值十(shi)分顯著(zhu)。

通(tong)過高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)研究(jiu)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)全過程(cheng)咨詢指導,以蒙-內(nei)鐵(tie)路項目研究(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)為(wei)基(ji)礎,最終形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)生產線2條,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提供了(le)4萬(wan)多(duo)噸天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)產品,節約建設(she)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本4000多(duo)萬(wan)元人民幣(bi)。在(zai)(zai)項目研究(jiu)和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)現場技(ji)術服(fu)務(wu)過程(cheng)中(zhong),發(fa)表論文12篇(pian),申(shen)請專利(li)5項,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)交(jiao)集團(tuan)企業(ye)標(biao)準《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應用技(ji)術規程(cheng)》,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)公(gong)路協會施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)企業(ye)管理協會科(ke)技(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)獎二等獎。正在(zai)(zai)申(shen)報編(bian)制(zhi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)土(tu)(tu)木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學會標(biao)準《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應用技(ji)術規范》。天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)開發(fa)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)應用成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術,有(you)望(wang)在(zai)(zai)肯尼亞后續建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)-馬(ma)鐵(tie)路進一(yi)步推(tui)廣(guang)使用,并可(ke)能(neng)(neng)在(zai)(zai)東非地區(qu)除(chu)了(le)鐵(tie)路工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)之外的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)路交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)民建工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)廣(guang)泛使用。在(zai)(zai)2016年北京(jing)市科(ke)委重(zhong)大(da)專項課題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)支持下,建研院(yuan)高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)研究(jiu)中(zhong)心與(yu)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)路橋一(yi)道,將廣(guang)泛開展“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線國(guo)(guo)(guo)家和地區(qu)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)調研工(gong)(gong)作,有(you)望(wang)在(zai)(zai)具備條件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)推(tui)廣(guang)使用該項技(ji)術。

目(mu)前,蒙-內(nei)鐵路(lu)延長線內(nei)馬鐵路(lu)也正在(zai)如(ru)火如(ru)荼地建(jian)設,建(jian)研院高(gao)性能混(hun)凝土研究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)繼續作為其混(hun)凝土工程的(de)主要(yao)技術咨(zi)詢(xun)與支撐單位(wei),仍(reng)將憑借堅(jian)實的(de)科研實力與工程技術,在(zai)東非鐵路(lu)網建(jian)設中(zhong)貢(gong)獻自己(ji)的(de)力量。
