近日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵隧道集團承建的寧波市軌道交通1號線TJ-Ⅱ標西門口地鐵車站主體圍護結構順利完工。
西門口站地處寧(ning)波市(shi)中心(xin)城區,居(ju)民樓密集(ji),南(nan)(nan)側淺基礎(chu)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)多(duo),距離圍護結(jie)構(gou)近,南(nan)(nan)側地層(ceng)中軟土(tu)(tu)層(ceng)較厚,地下障礙物(wu)多(duo),地基強度低、穩定(ding)性差。對(dui)此,中鐵隧道集(ji)團多(duo)次召開專家討論(lun)會(hui),成立了“信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)管理小(xiao)組”,對(dui)南(nan)(nan)側地表及建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)進(jin)行實時監測,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案,合理安(an)排施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序,將建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)沉(chen)降(jiang)值控制在允許范(fan)圍內;通(tong)過(guo)(guo)對(dui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)序、作(zuo)業時間(jian)、文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)等進(jin)行規范(fan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管理,將噪聲污染降(jiang)至最低,保證了居(ju)民正常的(de)生活質(zhi)量;針對(dui)南(nan)(nan)側不良地質(zhi)影響(xiang),提出三軸水泥土(tu)(tu)攪拌(ban)樁加固(gu)地連墻(qiang)外側土(tu)(tu)體(ti),再配合信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)管理,有效控制了南(nan)(nan)側地表、建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)沉(chen)降(jiang),保證了地連墻(qiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)。最終順利完成這一節點性施(shi)工(gong)(gong)任務,為后續車站冠梁、混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)支撐施(shi)工(gong)(gong)及基坑開挖奠定(ding)了堅實的(de)基礎(chu)。
