3月9日,由葛洲壩集團一公司承建的尼泊爾查莫里亞水電站工程調壓井開挖完畢,引水隧洞3號支洞下游面全斷面貫通,即將進入水平調壓室860米高程以下掃尾施工階段。
查莫里亞水電站位于尼泊爾西部喜馬拉雅山地區的查莫里亞河上,靠近中尼邊境的西藏地區,設計壩高和壩長分別為54m和88m,總裝機容量為3萬KW,由尼泊爾政府投資興建。建成后將解決尼泊爾西部邊遠地區供電緊張狀況,同時可向印度國家電網供應電力,促進當地社會經濟發展。
調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井系統由水平(ping)(ping)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)室(shi)和調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井兩部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成(cheng),其中(zhong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井高(gao)(gao)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)49.17米,開挖(wa)(wa)洞(dong)型(xing)為(wei)圓(yuan)形,襯砌前洞(dong)徑斷面(mian)直(zhi)徑為(wei)4.6米。此次完工(gong)(gong)的項(xiang)目主(zhu)要是調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井和水平(ping)(ping)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)室(shi)860米高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目。由于調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井施(shi)工(gong)(gong)部(bu)位巖石極(ji)為(wei)軟弱(ruo)破(po)碎,且(qie)開挖(wa)(wa)垂直(zhi)高(gao)(gao)度(du)(du)(du)大(da),若(ruo)按原(yuan)設(she)計方案,不僅施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度(du)(du)(du)大(da),進度(du)(du)(du)緩慢,且(qie)存在(zai)安全隱患。為(wei)化解(jie)現(xian)有施(shi)工(gong)(gong)矛盾(dun),項(xiang)目部(bu)通過反復(fu)研究,決定(ding)采用從(cong)(cong)引水隧3號(hao)支洞(dong)下(xia)(xia)游面(mian)進行(xing)水平(ping)(ping)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)室(shi)860米高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)開挖(wa)(wa),從(cong)(cong)通風洞(dong)進行(xing)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井907.4米高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)開挖(wa)(wa),對調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)井垂直(zhi)段采用地質鉆(zhan)機鉆(zhan)孔和平(ping)(ping)行(xing)直(zhi)眼(yan)掏槽布孔方式,自下(xia)(xia)而上(shang)(shang)分(fen)(fen)段深孔爆(bao)破(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)導井,再擴挖(wa)(wa)成(cheng)型(xing)的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong),葛洲壩人精心組織,嚴格管理,確保(bao)了(le)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)順(shun)利推進。
