1月10日,中國鐵路工程總公司所屬中鐵三局施工的襄渝鐵路二線ZH-11標重難點工程之一新橋隧道順利貫通,為確保樞紐工程按期開通創造了條件。
新(xin)橋(qiao)隧道為淺埋(mai)隧道,全(quan)長660m,設計為單(dan)線隧道,洞頂(ding)及周邊民(min)房密集,工(gong)(gong)廠、醫(yi)院分布其中,右側與既有襄(xiang)渝線新(xin)橋(qiao)5#隧道并(bing)行,隧道間凈距4.5米,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度極大。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中,中鐵(tie)三局(ju)克服了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境復雜、出碴運(yun)距長、居(ju)民(min)擾工(gong)(gong)等困(kun)難,精(jing)心(xin)組織,科學(xue)管理,優化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織方案,根據圍(wei)巖地(di)質情況,先(xian)后(hou)采用了(le)巖石分裂機、靜態爆破(po)劑、銑挖機、機械掏槽(cao)松動爆破(po)等多種新(xin)型開挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方法,有效保證了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量,同時(shi)最大限(xian)度的節約了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)成本。
