10月17日,國家科技部社會發展科技司組織專家對攀鋼承擔的國家“十一五”科技支撐計劃項目“攀枝花釩鈦磁鐵礦綜合利用成套技術及裝備研究”課題進行驗收,專家組通過聽取課題組匯報、質詢和討論,審閱驗收資料,考察現場,認為該課題研究工作按照課題任務書中的目標及年度計劃進度進行,完成了攻關目標和任務,一致同意該課題通過驗收。
該課(ke)題包括5個專題12個子課(ke)題。開展了(le)氯化(hua)鈦(tai)(tai)白(bai)關鍵技(ji)術、25MVA大(da)(da)型(xing)電爐(lu)冶煉(lian)鈦(tai)(tai)渣(zha)(zha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術、高(gao)(gao)鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)爐(lu)渣(zha)(zha)綜(zong)合(he)(he)利(li)用技(ji)術、轉底爐(lu)直接還(huan)原(yuan)釩鈦(tai)(tai)磁鐵礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝及裝備、攀枝(zhi)花表外(wai)礦(kuang)綜(zong)合(he)(he)利(li)用等研究工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)研制(zhi)了(le)長運行(xing)周期的氯化(hua)法(fa)(fa)鈦(tai)(tai)白(bai)氧化(hua)反應器;建成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)國內先進的沸騰氯化(hua)實驗(yan)室(shi);完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)千克(ke)級(ji)鈦(tai)(tai)熔鹽電解新技(ji)術試(shi)驗(yan);解決了(le)25MVA大(da)(da)型(xing)電爐(lu)冶煉(lian)高(gao)(gao)鈦(tai)(tai)渣(zha)(zha)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程化(hua)技(ji)術難題,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)60kt/a實際生產(chan)能力;多途(tu)徑探索了(le)高(gao)(gao)鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)爐(lu)渣(zha)(zha)綜(zong)合(he)(he)利(li)用方法(fa)(fa),初步(bu)建成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)“高(gao)(gao)溫碳化(hua)——低(di)溫氯化(hua)”試(shi)驗(yan)生產(chan)線(xian),提出了(le)產(chan)業化(hua)技(ji)術方案,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)等離子熔融(rong)還(huan)原(yuan)高(gao)(gao)鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)爐(lu)渣(zha)(zha)制(zhi)備鈦(tai)(tai)硅合(he)(he)金的噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)擴大(da)(da)試(shi)驗(yan);完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)Φ19.8m轉底爐(lu)直接還(huan)原(yuan)釩鈦(tai)(tai)鐵精(jing)礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業試(shi)驗(yan);形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)年處理300萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)釩鈦(tai)(tai)磁鐵礦(kuang)表外(wai)礦(kuang)的生產(chan)線(xian)。
