日前(qian),寶鋼與上海通用(yong)(yong)正式(shi)達成(cheng)首(shou)批120噸供貨協議(yi)。這(zhe)(zhe)標志著用(yong)(yong)寶鋼10.9級(ji)以上冷鐓鋼制造(zao)的緊(jin)固件(jian)將(jiang)首(shou)次用(yong)(yong)在上海通用(yong)(yong)高(gao)端(duan)汽車(che)的關(guan)鍵部位,一(yi)舉打破國內合資汽車(che)廠這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)高(gao)級(ji)別緊(jin)固件(jian)用(yong)(yong)鋼依(yi)賴進口的局面。
此前,用寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)冷鐓(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)生產(chan)的(de)(de)緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)已進入諸多汽(qi)車配(pei)件(jian)(jian)(jian)廠,但(dan)美系(xi)、德(de)系(xi)、日系(xi)等(deng)國內合資高端汽(qi)車關鍵(jian)部位的(de)(de)緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)仍(reng)依靠進口(kou)(kou)。去年(nian)初,中國緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)協會在寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)召開技術(shu)交流會,推進高端汽(qi)車緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)國產(chan)化。寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)按(an)照(zhao)上(shang)(shang)海通(tong)用相(xiang)關技術(shu)標(biao)準,立即展(zhan)開了新鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)種的(de)(de)研發生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。在寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)股份制(zhi)造部、煉鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)廠、條鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)廠等(deng)的(de)(de)通(tong)力協作(zuo)下(xia),10.9級以(yi)上(shang)(shang)冷鐓(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)開發成(cheng)(cheng)功,由(you)南京寶(bao)日、上(shang)(shang)汽(qi)標(biao)準緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)公(gong)司(si)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)汽(qi)車緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。經(jing)送樣分析檢驗(yan),用寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)10.9級以(yi)上(shang)(shang)冷鐓(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)制(zhi)造的(de)(de)緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)化學成(cheng)(cheng)分、機(ji)械性能(neng)、內在及表面質(zhi)量(liang)等(deng)均達到(dao)進口(kou)(kou)同(tong)類產(chan)品(pin)(pin)技術(shu)標(biao)準。通(tong)過嚴格的(de)(de)裝車試驗(yan)和道路測試,認證產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)安全(quan)穩定可靠。
