近日,由華中(zhong)科技大學聯合(he)國(guo)內優勢單位,歷時10年,成功研制的國(guo)內首套(tao)移動(dong)組件式直接(jie)冷卻高溫超(chao)導磁儲能系統在(zai)湖北秭歸縣老虎口水電站順利完成全(quan)部(bu)現場試驗(yan),各項試驗(yan)結果均(jun)達(da)到(dao)預(yu)期目標(biao)。
此次(ci)試驗(yan)(yan)是(shi)華中(zhong)科技大學和國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)湖北公司(si)聯(lian)合(he)承擔的(de)(de)國家863計(ji)劃項目的(de)(de)重要研(yan)究內(nei)容之一,試驗(yan)(yan)歷(li)時(shi)12天(tian)。移動(dong)組件(jian)(jian)式直接冷卻高(gao)溫超(chao)導磁(ci)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)主要部(bu)件(jian)(jian)都安(an)放在(zai)(zai)一個特制的(de)(de)集(ji)裝箱中(zhong),集(ji)裝箱可用卡車運(yun)輸,可以根據需要運(yun)送安(an)放到合(he)適的(de)(de)位置(zhi),接入電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)進行(xing)功率調控。該移動(dong)組件(jian)(jian)式高(gao)溫超(chao)導磁(ci)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)從武(wu)漢運(yun)抵秭歸縣(xian)老虎口水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),經過(guo)了(le)數百公里各種(zhong)等級(ji)公路;整個試驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)系(xi)統(tong)均露天(tian)放置(zhi),經歷(li)了(le)雷雨、大風、酷(ku)熱等各種(zhong)天(tian)氣的(de)(de)考(kao)驗(yan)(yan);接入電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)后,又經過(guo)了(le)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓波動(dong)和電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)因雷擊多次(ci)停電(dian)(dian)等考(kao)驗(yan)(yan),在(zai)(zai)上述各種(zhong)條件(jian)(jian)下,儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)均能(neng)(neng)正常工作運(yun)行(xing)。
該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)由儲(chu)能磁體(ti)(ti)、變(bian)流(liu)器(qi)及監控裝(zhuang)置組成的(de)一種多功(gong)(gong)能能量管理裝(zhuang)置,具有(you)提高電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)穩(wen)定性、改(gai)善供電(dian)(dian)質量的(de)特點,可作(zuo)為不間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)使用(yong)由國產高溫超(chao)(chao)導帶材(cai)繞制(zhi)而成的(de)儲(chu)能磁體(ti)(ti),采(cai)用(yong)制(zhi)冷(leng)機直接冷(leng)卻(que)(que),無(wu)(wu)需使用(yong)液(ye)(ye)氮、液(ye)(ye)氦等(deng)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi),將有(you)助于今后根據電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和用(yong)戶的(de)需求(qiu)靈活選(xuan)擇安裝(zhuang)地點。變(bian)流(liu)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)四重模塊結(jie)構及移(yi)相(xiang)控制(zhi)方式(shi),以增大功(gong)(gong)率、減少諧(xie)波,實現(xian)儲(chu)能磁體(ti)(ti)和電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)間(jian)的(de)四象限的(de)有(you)功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率與無(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率交換。隨(sui)著電(dian)(dian)力需求(qiu)的(de)快速增長,超(chao)(chao)導磁儲(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)有(you)望(wang)在未來電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中廣泛應用(yong)。
據悉,該項成果填補了國內在超(chao)導(dao)研究領(ling)域的空(kong)白,標志著(zhu)我(wo)國在直接(jie)冷卻高溫超(chao)導(dao)磁儲能(neng)實用技術方面又向(xiang)前(qian)邁進(jin)了一步。
