6月16日,中國鐵路工程總公司中鐵氣電化局與中國鐵路通信信號集團公司聯合體中標新建上海至杭州鐵路客運專線通信、信號、電力及牽引供電系統集成施工總承包工程。
滬杭客專(zhuan)四電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)包(bao)含滬杭客運(yun)專(zhuan)線工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)及(ji)上(shang)海(hai)、杭州樞紐相(xiang)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。滬杭客運(yun)專(zhuan)線上(shang)海(hai)至杭州段沿滬杭高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路北側展開,北起上(shang)海(hai)虹(hong)橋(qiao)站(zhan)樞紐,南(nan)至杭州東站(zhan)樞紐,正線全長約153公(gong)里(li),建(jian)設(she)標準(zhun)為雙線電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)(hua),設(she)計行車(che)時(shi)速為每小時(shi)最高(gao)(gao)350公(gong)里(li),設(she)計最小列車(che)發車(che)間(jian)隔時(shi)間(jian)3分鐘,初期每日(ri)開210對列車(che),遠期每日(ri)235對,將(jiang)使杭州至上(shang)海(hai)的(de)最快運(yun)行時(shi)間(jian)從現(xian)在的(de)1個多(duo)小時(shi)縮(suo)短到38分鐘。中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)(hua)局中(zhong)標的(de)四電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2009年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)進場開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),2010年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)20日(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)成(cheng),2010年(nian)9月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)完成(cheng)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)試(shi)驗、試(shi)運(yun)行及(ji)驗收(shou)。聯合體中(zhong)標價(jia)(jia)14.55億元,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)(hua)局負(fu)責牽引供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、防災(zai)報警系(xi)統(tong)、相(xiang)關(guan)四電(dian)(dian)(dian)房(fang)屋(wu)建(jian)筑及(ji)其(qi)相(xiang)關(guan)土建(jian)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),合同(tong)包(bao)價(jia)(jia)約9億元。中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)(hua)局決心嚴格按照安(an)全、質(zhi)量、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期、投資效益、環境保護、技術創新“六位(wei)一體”的(de)要(yao)求,安(an)全優質(zhi)地完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)任務。
