由中國通號集團承建的溫福鐵路(福建段)通信信號系統集成項目按照鐵道部、東南沿海鐵路福建有限責任公司的要求于5月19日正線達到聯調聯試條件。
新建溫福鐵路地處海峽西岸經濟協作區,位于長江三角洲和珠江三角洲兩大發達經濟區之間,是我國鐵路中長期規劃“八縱八橫”主通道的重要組成部分,對促進閩東北沿海地區的經濟社會發展,緩解福建地區和省際間的交通“瓶頸”制約,更好地促進福建省海峽西岸經濟區的經濟發展,推動兩岸“三通”,加強福建省與長三角的社會經濟交往,促進東南沿海經濟和社會發展具有十分重要的意義。溫福鐵路北端與金(金華)溫(溫州)線、在建的甬臺溫線連接,南與峰(橫峰)福(福州)線、在建的福廈線、向莆線連接。線路全長約294.6km,車站11個,樞紐9個。
通信信號系統集成項目涉及溫福鐵路、福廈線引入福州樞紐。通信系統由傳輸系統、電話交換及接入系統、數據網系統、專用移動通信系統、調度通信系統、會議電視系統、應急救援指揮通信系統、同步及時鐘分配系統、電源系統、綜合視頻監控系統、通信電源及環境監控系統、通信線路、車站(段、所)綜合布線、電力直通電話、通信綜合網管等14個系統組成;信號系統由運輸調度指揮系統(CTC)、閉塞系統、列控系統、車站聯鎖系統、計算機監測系統、信號電源系統等6個系統組成。
