4月1日,中鐵四局施工的甬臺溫鐵路雁蕩山特大橋順利實現合攏。雁蕩山特大橋全長1603.06m,位于國家級名勝景區雁蕩山境內,橋體穿越灘涂小河網,橫跨甬臺溫高速公路及104國道,施工環境十分復雜。大橋共有46個墩臺,橋臺為雙線矩形空心橋臺,橋墩為雙線圓端形墩,梁型包含多種不同類型的簡支箱梁、疊合拱鋼梁和連續梁等,施工工藝復雜。特別是在橋梁制造過程中,分別涉及到移動模架、移動支架、支架連續梁、疊合拱鋼梁等工法,科技含量很高,是甬臺溫鐵路全線重點控制工程之一。
在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong),針(zhen)對雁蕩(dang)山大(da)橋科(ke)技(ji)(ji)含(han)量(liang)高、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序復雜、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境惡劣、安(an)全(quan)風(feng)險大(da)等實際情況,將安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)責任層(ceng)層(ceng)分(fen)解,實行(xing)安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)人人包保(bao)(bao),建立起嚴密的安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)保(bao)(bao)證體系。成立QC科(ke)技(ji)(ji)攻(gong)關(guan)小組,圍繞不同時期的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)重難點(dian)開展攻(gong)關(guan),先后攻(gong)克了耐久性混凝土配比、水中(zhong)墩(dun)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、移動模(mo)架(jia)制梁、2-90米疊(die)合拱鋼箱梁拼裝、頂推、落梁、主拱拼裝等施工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵難點(dian),為工(gong)(gong)(gong)程安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)有序可(ke)控提供了強有力的技(ji)(ji)術保(bao)(bao)證。
