面對依然嚴峻(jun)的市場形(xing)勢,寶鋼分公司將(jiang)以“倒(dao)逼(bi)”機(ji)制開展(zhan)節能環(huan)保工作(zuo),并提(ti)出今年的能源(yuan)環(huan)保降本目標8.08億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),其(qi)中(zhong)降低(di)能源(yuan)成本5.8億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),固廢返生產(chan)利用(yong)效益2.28億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。
能(neng)(neng)(neng)源環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)成本(ben)(ben)在(zai)寶(bao)鋼(gang)分(fen)公(gong)司生產成本(ben)(ben)中占相當比例,對寶(bao)鋼(gang)分(fen)公(gong)司降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效工(gong)作有較大的影響。為確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)完(wan)成今年的能(neng)(neng)(neng)源環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)目(mu)標,寶(bao)鋼(gang)分(fen)公(gong)司能(neng)(neng)(neng)源環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)管理委員(yuan)會提出以降(jiang)低能(neng)(neng)(neng)源環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)成本(ben)(ben)為驅動,促進(jin)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)減排的工(gong)作思(si)路(lu),分(fen)別從降(jiang)低能(neng)(neng)(neng)源和環(huan)(huan)境(jing)成本(ben)(ben)兩方面制訂措施,要求(qiu)各廠(chang)部進(jin)一步提高降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)意識,引導員(yuan)工(gong)立足(zu)崗位,深(shen)挖(wa)潛力(li),廣泛開(kai)展能(neng)(neng)(neng)源環(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)降(jiang)本(ben)(ben)增(zeng)效活動。
在降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)成(cheng)(cheng)本方面,優化外購能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)結(jie)構(gou),提高(gao)(gao)用(yong)煤(mei)量,減(jian)少(shao)天然氣(qi)、電、焦炭等高(gao)(gao)價能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)的(de)(de)使用(yong)比例(li);優化發電燃料(liao)結(jie)構(gou),降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)供(gong)電成(cheng)(cheng)本;繼(ji)續推進(jin)(jin)定(ding)檢(jian)修期(qi)間的(de)(de)停(ting)機制度,尤其(qi)是在低(di)(di)負荷下的(de)(de)集中停(ting)機方案(an),定(ding)期(qi)檢(jian)查,切實降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)工序能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)介消(xiao)耗;推進(jin)(jin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)管(guan)(guan)控體系運(yun)行(xing),梳(shu)理形成(cheng)(cheng)近階段不同(tong)產(chan)線(區域)關鍵能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)效因子和(he)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗源(yuan)管(guan)(guan)控重(zhong)點項目,系統(tong)推進(jin)(jin),通過降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)工序能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)成(cheng)(cheng)本進(jin)(jin)一步降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)工序能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗;充分(fen)(fen)考慮(lv)空分(fen)(fen)群(qun)各(ge)機組的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗差異、用(yong)電成(cheng)(cheng)本、氧氮氬氣(qi)體比例(li),優化大能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)系統(tong)空分(fen)(fen)群(qun)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi);持(chi)續提高(gao)(gao)3種(zhong)副產(chan)煤(mei)氣(qi)的(de)(de)回(hui)收利用(yong)率,研究多種(zhong)燃氣(qi)條件下總體成(cheng)(cheng)本最低(di)(di)的(de)(de)燃氣(qi)運(yun)行(xing)方案(an);推進(jin)(jin)公司余能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)余熱的(de)(de)回(hui)收,提高(gao)(gao)蒸汽系統(tong)的(de)(de)余熱回(hui)收比例(li),充分(fen)(fen)發揮熱—電聯產(chan)的(de)(de)效率和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)本優勢,進(jin)(jin)一步降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)蒸汽成(cheng)(cheng)本;加強能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)通廊的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)管(guan)(guan)理,減(jian)少(shao)放(fang)散損失(shi),推進(jin)(jin)大能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)系統(tong)的(de)(de)經濟運(yun)行(xing)。
在固廢返(fan)生產利(li)用方面,繼續(xu)做好高鋅含(han)鐵塵(chen)泥外委加工生鐵塊返(fan)還利(li)用工作,對(dui)廢雜渣(zha)(zha)進(jin)行分選管理;加強廢鐵刨(bao)花(hua)管理工作,并繼續(xu)推(tui)進(jin)鋼渣(zha)(zha)返(fan)煉鋼和返(fan)燒結利(li)用工作。
