1月10日,由西(xi)北(bei)電網公司(si)牽頭(tou)完(wan)成的《750千伏(fu)同塔雙(shuang)回緊(jin)湊(cou)型交流輸電線路(lu)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)》通過(guo)國(guo)家電網公司(si)評審驗收。評審意見認為,該項目研(yan)究(jiu)成果達到(dao)國(guo)際領先(xian)水(shui)平,為西(xi)北(bei)高(gao)海(hai)拔地區750千伏(fu)緊(jin)湊(cou)型輸電線路(lu)建設提供了(le)技(ji)術(shu)依據,對(dui)加快西(xi)北(bei)750千伏(fu)電網建設、提高(gao)電網安(an)全經濟運行水(shui)平具有重要(yao)意義(yi),建議盡快推(tui)廣應(ying)用(yong)。
針對電壓等(deng)(deng)級高(gao)、海(hai)拔高(gao)、系(xi)統復雜(包(bao)含大規模風電場、可控高(gao)抗(kang)、串補等(deng)(deng))、線(xian)路(lu)較長(1200千(qian)米(mi))等(deng)(deng)特點(dian),開展750千(qian)伏緊(jin)湊(cou)型關(guan)鍵技(ji)術研究在國(guo)際上尚屬首(shou)(shou)次。該項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)列入國(guo)家(jia)電網公司2007年(nian)(nian)重(zhong)點(dian)科技(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),由西北電網公司牽頭組(zu)織(zhi),9家(jia)科研單位(wei)共同(tong)參加,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)研究歷時近1年(nian)(nian)半(ban),經過相關(guan)單位(wei)通(tong)力(li)合作、配合研究,克服許多重(zhong)大技(ji)術挑(tiao)戰(zhan)和問題,全(quan)面完成了研究任務,使我國(guo)成為掌握(wo)高(gao)海(hai)拔地(di)區750千(qian)伏同(tong)塔雙回緊(jin)湊(cou)型交(jiao)流輸電關(guan)鍵技(ji)術的(de)唯一(yi)國(guo)家(jia)。應用(yong)這一(yi)研究成果,2009年(nian)(nian)1月9日,國(guo)內首(shou)(shou)條750千(qian)伏同(tong)塔雙回輸變電工程蘭(lan)州東~平涼~乾縣工程全(quan)線(xian)架(jia)通(tong),實現了西北750千(qian)伏電網裝(zhuang)備技(ji)術水平上臺階。
按照(zhao)特高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)發展(zhan)理念,西(xi)北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)公(gong)司加快(kuai)750千伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)建設,一(yi)個覆蓋(gai)國(guo)土面(mian)積(ji)三(san)分之(zhi)一(yi)、橫向(xiang)跨越4000余公(gong)里、連(lian)接五省(sheng)(區)和西(xi)藏的超大(da)(da)型750千伏送端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)即將形成(cheng)(cheng),并與未來(lai)“三(san)華(hua)”電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)相連(lian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)發展(zhan)方式轉變,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)全(quan)面(mian)快(kuai)速發展(zhan),迫(po)切需要科技(ji)(ji)創新的支(zhi)撐(cheng)。西(xi)北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)公(gong)司貫(guan)徹(che)“一(yi)流四(si)大(da)(da)”科技(ji)(ji)發展(zhan)戰(zhan)略(lve),圍繞750千伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)建設發展(zhan)、大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)安全(quan)穩定運行(xing),加大(da)(da)重點領域科技(ji)(ji)投(tou)入,攻克(ke)關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)術難題,為(wei)(wei)建設運行(xing)750千伏主網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)架提供支(zhi)撐(cheng)。2008年,9項科技(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)果獲國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)公(gong)司、陜(shan)西(xi)省(sheng)科技(ji)(ji)進步獎項,獲獎數量為(wei)(wei)歷(li)年之(zhi)最(zui);專利申報實現歷(li)史性突破,獲得國(guo)家專利授權26項。成(cheng)(cheng)立西(xi)北(bei)(bei)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)研究中心,舉辦全(quan)國(guo)性風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術論壇,開展(zhan)調(diao)度測風(feng)(feng)(feng)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)絡規(gui)劃研究,在甘肅酒泉建成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)運了3基用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)調(diao)度的示范測風(feng)(feng)(feng)塔,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)調(diao)度測風(feng)(feng)(feng)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)絡進入實際應(ying)用階(jie)段,為(wei)(wei)推動西(xi)北(bei)(bei)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)規(gui)模發展(zhan)奠定了基礎。
