12月17日,中國長江航運集團東風船舶工業公司與美國船東一次性簽訂了4艘368箱集裝箱船的建造合同,這也是該公司擴能技改后第一筆新船建造大單。
中國長航東風船舶工業公司這次簽訂的美國368TEU集裝箱船舶總長106.68米,型寬20.6米,型深5.8米,設計吃水4.215米,核載箱數368TEU,入法國船級社(BV),屬大額訂單,該船將嚴格按照《船舶專用海水壓載艙和散貨船雙舷側處所保護涂層性能標準》PSPC國際新標準建造。
近(jin)段時間以來,隨著(zhu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際金融(rong)危機的加劇(ju),船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)出口受到(dao)嚴重沖擊,全球船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)成交量極度低迷。這次(ci)簽(qian)訂造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)訂單(dan),對于振奮船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)業(ye)的信心(xin),提高重慶市和(he)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)長(chang)航(hang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)業(ye)出口船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)具(ju)有(you)積極的意(yi)義。特別是中國(guo)(guo)(guo)長(chang)航(hang)東風船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)工(gong)業(ye)公(gong)司在今年11月擴(kuo)能(neng)技改工(gong)程(cheng)竣(jun)工(gong)后,造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)技術設備達(da)到(dao)了國(guo)(guo)(guo)際先(xian)進水(shui)平。而此次(ci)美(mei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)集裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)將(jiang)嚴格(ge)按(an)照《船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)專(zhuan)用海水(shui)壓載艙和(he)散貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)雙舷側(ce)處所保(bao)護涂層(ceng)性能(neng)標準》(PSPC)新(xin)要(yao)(yao)求進行建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao),這種國(guo)(guo)(guo)際新(xin)要(yao)(yao)求建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)規(gui)范,目前也只有(you)少數(shu)幾(ji)個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家才能(neng)進行建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao),標志著(zhu)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)長(chang)航(hang)“東風造(zao)(zao)(zao)”在國(guo)(guo)(guo)際新(xin)造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)規(gui)范頒布(bu)后正式進入國(guo)(guo)(guo)際集裝箱造(zao)(zao)(zao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)領域。
