為了提(ti)高九江(jiang)電(dian)網抵御冰凍雨(yu)雪(xue)災害的能力(li),經過近一年(nian)的精心(xin)準備,12月10日,江(jiang)西(xi)九江(jiang)供電(dian)公(gong)司組(zu)織的線路融冰試驗在廬(lu)山取得成功。這(zhe)是(shi)江(jiang)西(xi)省今年(nian)首(shou)次(ci)成功開展線路融冰試驗。
九(jiu)江(jiang)電(dian)(dian)網有(you)7條220千伏線路、多條110千伏線路通(tong)過重冰(bing)(bing)區。廬山地理位(wei)置特(te)殊,跨越的線路每年遭遇(yu)低溫冰(bing)(bing)凍侵襲。為了確保電(dian)(dian)網安全度冬(dong),九(jiu)江(jiang)供電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司早在今(jin)年年初(chu)就(jiu)著手制定覆(fu)冰(bing)(bing)線路融冰(bing)(bing)方案。冰(bing)(bing)災后,該(gai)公(gong)司成立專題研究組(zu),將(jiang)穿越廬山等(deng)重冰(bing)(bing)區的兩條線路作為試驗點,立足(zu)安全穩定、科學經濟原則,制定融冰(bing)(bing)試驗方案。同(tong)時(shi),該(gai)公(gong)司積(ji)極與(yu)廬山管理局溝通(tong),取得支持,提前發布(bu)停電(dian)(dian)公(gong)告,將(jiang)因試驗給廬山附近群眾用電(dian)(dian)帶來的影響(xiang)降到最低。
九(jiu)江供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)司的(de)(de)覆冰(bing)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)融冰(bing)試驗,主要通過對九(jiu)江220千伏(fu)妙智變、110千伏(fu)周嶺變、110千伏(fu)廬(lu)山變、35千伏(fu)小天池變等四個(ge)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站連接線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)串接,人為(wei)設置短路(lu)點,利用線(xian)(xian)路(lu)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,使線(xian)(xian)路(lu)升溫(wen),達到(dao)融冰(bing)效(xiao)果。自12月10日7時起(qi),該公(gong)司相關部(bu)門和廬(lu)山供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)分公(gong)司上(shang)百人,為(wei)試驗做(zuo)好準備工作(zuo),調整電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)運(yun)行(xing)方式,將參(can)與試驗的(de)(de)設備與運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)隔離。由于準備充分,部(bu)署科(ke)學,合(he)作(zuo)順(shun)暢,持(chi)續(xu)30分鐘的(de)(de)試驗取(qu)得成(cheng)功,達到(dao)了預期效(xiao)果。試驗采集(ji)的(de)(de)數(shu)據為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)穩(wen)定運(yun)行(xing)提供(gong)(gong)了技術參(can)考,為(wei)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)抗(kang)冰(bing)能力積累了寶(bao)貴經驗。
試驗(yan)期間,九江電(dian)網(wang)運行穩定,沒有(you)因試驗(yan)給(gei)電(dian)網(wang)正常供電(dian)帶來不(bu)良影響。

廬(lu)山,位(wei)于江西省九江市,緊臨鄱(po)陽湖和長(chang)江,海拔1474米。特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)地理位(wei)置造就了廬(lu)山特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)氣候環(huan)境,冬季日均氣溫零(ling)下12攝氏度,廬(lu)山電網極易遭受低溫冰凍侵襲。今年年初,在短短十天里,廬(lu)山電網不堪覆冰重負,12次出現斷線停電。
110千(qian)伏妙廬(lu)線、備用線路(lu)35千(qian)伏周(zhou)小線是廬(lu)山(shan)(shan)的“電(dian)(dian)力血脈”。為確保廬(lu)山(shan)(shan)的正常電(dian)(dian)力供(gong)應,今年下半(ban)年,九江供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公司投資1000多萬元,歷時3個多月,將(jiang)35千(qian)伏周(zhou)小線由架空(kong)線路(lu)改(gai)造為入(ru)地電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),增強了供(gong)電(dian)(dian)可靠性。
作為供(gong)電(dian)主(zhu)動(dong)脈的(de)110千伏妙廬(lu)線(xian)(xian),多穿(chuan)越山峰峭壁,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)走廊(lang)常(chang)年濃(nong)霧(wu)彌漫,十分(fen)不(bu)利于進行人工除冰(bing)。為確保廬(lu)山游客及1.2萬常(chang)住人口(kou)的(de)正常(chang)用電(dian),九江供(gong)電(dian)公司根據(ju)差(cha)異化設計要(yao)求,對部分(fen)桿塔和導線(xian)(xian),采取更換(huan)、加固等措(cuo)施,確保輸電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)在(zai)惡劣氣候(hou)下正常(chang)供(gong)電(dian)。堅(jian)強的(de)輸電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu),為覆冰(bing)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)融冰(bing)試驗(yan)提供(gong)了重要(yao)條件。
