近日,在蘇36-16-9井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)施工的川慶(qing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)探長慶(qing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)總公司40648隊(dui)成功刷新了蘇里格(ge)開發(fa)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)區塊定向井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)最短(duan)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)周(zhou)期(qi)、最短(duan)建井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)周(zhou)期(qi)、最高鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)月速、最高機(ji)械(xie)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)速4項鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)新紀(ji)錄;同(tong)一天,40589隊(dui)所承鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的長慶(qing)油田姬塬區塊首口(kou)3300米水(shui)平井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)羅平4井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)也順利(li)完井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing),在同(tong)比井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)深增加200米的情況下,鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)周(zhou)期(qi)僅用16天,再次(ci)刷新了油井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)水(shui)平井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)紀(ji)錄。
今(jin)年年初(chu)以來,面(mian)對氣井(jing)(jing)定(ding)向(xiang)井(jing)(jing)和油(you)井(jing)(jing)水平井(jing)(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)探層(ceng)位深、傾角(jiao)大、構造(zao)復(fu)雜等諸多技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)難(nan)點,長(chang)慶鉆(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)持續開(kai)展對氣井(jing)(jing)定(ding)向(xiang)井(jing)(jing)和油(you)井(jing)(jing)水平井(jing)(jing)的課題(ti)研(yan)究,對重大技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)問題(ti)實行(xing)集體(ti)“會(hui)診(zhen)”,重點在鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭(tou)選(xuan)型、鉆(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)液體(ti)系優(you)選(xuan)等方面(mian)下工夫,努(nu)力攻克“瓶(ping)頸”技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)。蘇(su)36-16-9井(jing)(jing)在開(kai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)前,長(chang)慶公司(si)嚴(yan)格(ge)落實各項技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)措施,優(you)選(xuan)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)參數,有(you)效地控制(zhi)井(jing)(jing)斜,使中靶(ba)半徑在60米內(nei)井(jing)(jing)身質量合格(ge)率達到(dao)100%,為刷(shua)新氣田(tian)定(ding)向(xiang)井(jing)(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)新紀(ji)錄提(ti)供(gong)了有(you)力的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)保(bao)障。
在(zai)(zai)油(you)井(jing)(jing)水(shui)平(ping)井(jing)(jing)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),長(chang)(chang)慶鉆(zhan)井(jing)(jing)針(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)對水(shui)平(ping)井(jing)(jing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)的(de)問題進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)匯總,并逐(zhu)項進(jin)(jin)行討論。針(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)對長(chang)(chang)7油(you)頁巖的(de)不(bu)穩定性(xing)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)深入(ru)分析、研究(jiu)和(he)(he)討論,并結合現場實際施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)情況,分別從物理(li)和(he)(he)化學兩個方(fang)面(mian)(mian)提(ti)(ti)出了(le)(le)相應的(de)解(jie)決措施(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)地層(ceng)漏(lou)失和(he)(he)長(chang)(chang)7垮塌之間確立一個液柱(zhu)壓力范圍;針(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)對化工(gong)材料的(de)多樣性(xing)問題,提(ti)(ti)出了(le)(le)合理(li)簡化措施(shi)(shi)(shi);在(zai)(zai)水(shui)平(ping)井(jing)(jing)的(de)剖面(mian)(mian)設計上,采用四(si)合一鉆(zhan)具組合,減(jian)少在(zai)(zai)長(chang)(chang)7油(you)頁巖中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)長(chang)(chang)度。這一系列有針(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)對性(xing)的(de)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),為后續油(you)井(jing)(jing)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)再提(ti)(ti)速積累了(le)(le)經驗。
