此(ci)前,南京金陵(ling)船(chuan)廠(chang)(chang)建造(zao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)一艘同(tong)類型的(de)4.6萬噸散(san)貨船(chuan),成功采用了(le)(le)(le)(le)機械式橫向下(xia)水,該(gai)廠(chang)(chang)便將其申報了(le)(le)(le)(le)世界(jie)吉尼(ni)斯(si)紀(ji)錄。“卡(ka)瓦·普拉塔諾斯(si)”號散(san)貨船(chuan)比(bi)它超出了(le)(le)(le)(le)1.1萬噸,刷新了(le)(le)(le)(le)世界(jie)紀(ji)錄。
5.7萬(wan)噸(dun)散貨(huo)船(chuan)“卡瓦·普拉塔諾斯”號總長(chang)189.99米,型寬32.26米,型深(shen)18米,結(jie)構吃水12.80米,主機重達224噸(dun),是華中地區建(jian)造(zao)的最大噸(dun)位船(chuan)舶。其下(xia)水采用的長(chang)航集團(tuan)武漢青山(shan)船(chuan)廠10萬(wan)噸(dun)下(xia)水滑(hua)道(dao),總長(chang)202米、寬152.72米,為世界內河船(chuan)廠最大的橫(heng)向(xiang)下(xia)水式滑(hua)道(dao),由葛洲壩(ba)集團(tuan)六公司青山(shan)船(chuan)廠項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部承建(jian)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部克服(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任(ren)務(wu)重、現場施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)難(nan)度大,及20余天(tian)雪災天(tian)氣等(deng)不利(li)因素影響,精(jing)細管理,科學組(zu)織(zhi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),解決了(le)滑(hua)道(dao)軟基處理、深(shen)厚淤泥層上的圍堰填筑與防(fang)滲、船(chuan)體下(xia)水自動化控制等(deng)技術難(nan)題,僅(jin)用3個(ge)多月就(jiu)完成了(le)滑(hua)道(dao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的改造(zao)任(ren)務(wu)。今年3月,該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順利(li)通過驗(yan)收,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量被武漢市航運質(zhi)檢站(zhan)評定為優良。
在(zai)優質(zhi)、高效完成(cheng)世(shi)界內河船廠最(zui)大橫向下水(shui)式滑道(dao)建(jian)設任務的同時,葛(ge)洲壩(ba)人還順利完成(cheng)了(le)青山船廠溢流壩(ba)、舾裝(zhuang)碼(ma)頭建(jian)設和船臺擴(kuo)建(jian)項(xiang)目的建(jian)設,被業主譽為“鐵軍”。
近年來,葛洲(zhou)壩集團(tuan)大力(li)開拓船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)建(jian)造(zao)市場,先后承建(jian)了(le)大連新船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)30萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)擴建(jian)及(ji)10萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)興(xing)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程、渤(bo)船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)大型船(chuan)(chuan)舶建(jian)造(zao)設(she)施(shi)30萬(wan)噸(dun)(dun)船(chuan)(chuan)塢(wu)興(xing)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程,承建(jian)的威海(hai)船(chuan)(chuan)廠整體搬遷擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程正(zheng)在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)。與(yu)此同時,該公(gong)司還承建(jian)了(le)眾多(duo)碼頭(tou)工(gong)(gong)程和海(hai)岸工(gong)(gong)程,掌(zhang)握了(le)海(hai)岸水下爆破開挖、沉箱預(yu)制與(yu)拖運及(ji)土石方快速開挖等核心技術,儲備了(le)一大批專業人才和設(she)備。
