12月22日,石太鐵路客(ke)運專(zhuan)線(xian)重點控制性工程——太行(xing)山(shan)隧道(dao)勝利貫通。全長2.78公里(li)長的太行(xing)山(shan)隧道(dao)的貫通,成(cheng)為我國鐵路隧道(dao)建設史上的重要里(li)程碑(bei)。
鐵道(dao)部傳給建設者(zhe)的賀(he)電中稱,太(tai)行山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao)是目前我國最長的山(shan)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)。該隧(sui)道(dao)為(wei)雙洞單(dan)線,穿過高程為(wei)1311米的太(tai)行山(shan)山(shan)脈主峰越(yue)宵(xiao)山(shan),最大埋深445米,兩線間距35米,左線全長27839米,右線全長27848米。
太行(xing)山隧道地(di)(di)(di)質(zhi)結構復雜,質(zhi)量標準較高(gao),位于太行(xing)山脈中南段剝(bo)蝕中低山區(qu)及土盆地(di)(di)(di)堆積區(qu)兩大(da)地(di)(di)(di)貌單元內,IV、Ⅴ級軟弱圍巖(yan)約占45%,其(qi)間(jian)穿(chuan)越了累(lei)計4410m長國內罕見的膏(gao)溶角礫地(di)(di)(di)段,施工(gong)條(tiao)件艱苦,技術難度高(gao)。
建設(she)單位中鐵十六局集團成立科技(ji)攻(gong)關組,幾次組織全國(guo)(guo)隧(sui)道(dao)專(zhuan)家,圍繞(rao) “特長(chang)隧(sui)道(dao)地(di)質(zhi)超前(qian)預報(bao)、膏溶角礫巖(yan)地(di)段隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法、特長(chang)隧(sui)道(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)測量”等(deng)8個重點課題,進(jin)行現場掛牌攻(gong)關。通過(guo)采用長(chang)大(da)隧(sui)道(dao)硬質(zhi)圍巖(yan)快速(su)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術、長(chang)距離掘(jue)進(jin)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)通風技(ji)術研究、雙車道(dao)斜(xie)井無(wu)軌(gui)(gui)運輸(shu)快速(su)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術、軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)斜(xie)井有(you)軌(gui)(gui)運輸(shu)快速(su)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術、長(chang)大(da)隧(sui)道(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)測量技(ji)術等(deng),以及多(duo)斜(xie)井多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面同時開挖的(de)(de)高效組織模(mo)式,為(wei)(wei)國(guo)(guo)際和(he)國(guo)(guo)內形成膨脹巖(yan)石膨脹勢判(pan)定(ding)統一標(biao)準提供了(le)(le)寶貴(gui)的(de)(de)參(can)考依據,為(wei)(wei)我國(guo)(guo)特長(chang)大(da)隧(sui)道(dao)建設(she)積累(lei)了(le)(le)寶貴(gui)經驗,使我國(guo)(guo)特長(chang)大(da)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術又上了(le)(le)一個新的(de)(de)臺階。
石家莊至太原鐵路客運專線,是國家“十一五”重點建設項目,是全國鐵路“四縱四橫”快速客運網的重要組成部分,也是我國首條開工建設的客運專線,該隧道貫通,標志著石太客運專線的建設邁出了重要一步。
