10月(yue)20日(ri),糯扎渡電站(zhan)1#、2#導流洞(dong)進出(chu)口圍堰一次(ci)爆破(po)拆除成功,順(shun)利實現分流過(guo)水(shui),為(wei)10月(yue)28大(da)江截流目標的(de)順(shun)利實現和(he)電站(zhan)提前(qian)兩年(nian)發電宏偉目標的(de)順(shun)利實現打(da)下了最(zui)為(wei)堅實的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。
糯扎渡水電(dian)(dian)站工程(cheng)屬大(1)型(xing)一等工程(cheng),永久性主(zhu)要(yao)水工建筑物為(wei)一級(ji)建筑物。工程(cheng)以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)為(wei)主(zhu)兼有防洪(hong)(hong)、灌溉、養殖和旅游(you)等綜合利(li)用效益(yi),水庫具有多年(nian)(nian)調節性能。該工程(cheng)由(you)心墻堆石壩、左(zuo)岸溢洪(hong)(hong)道、左(zuo)、右岸泄洪(hong)(hong)隧洞、左(zuo)岸地(di)下式引水發(fa)電(dian)(dian)系統及(ji)導流(liu)(liu)工程(cheng)等建筑物組(zu)成。電(dian)(dian)站位(wei)于云南省普洱市境內,是瀾滄江(jiang)中(zhong)下游(you)河段(duan)八個(ge)梯級(ji)規劃(hua)的第五(wu)級(ji),電(dian)(dian)站裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量為(wei)585萬千瓦,水庫庫容237.03×108m3。電(dian)(dian)站擬定里程(cheng)碑工期為(wei):2006年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)導流(liu)(liu)隧洞主(zhu)洞開工,2007年(nian)(nian)11月(yue)(yue)大江(jiang)截流(liu)(liu),2008年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)壩體開始(shi)填筑,2013年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)底(di)首批機(ji)組(zu)投產發(fa)電(dian)(dian),2016年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)竣工。
糯扎渡1#、2#導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong),設計長度分別為(wei)1067米(mi)(mi)和(he)1142米(mi)(mi),斷面類型為(wei)城門洞(dong)型,完(wan)成混凝(ning)(ning)土澆筑(zhu)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)高為(wei)21米(mi)(mi),寬16米(mi)(mi),是(shi)目前世界上同(tong)類型電(dian)站中(zhong)(zhong)斷面規模最大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)之一。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于去年(nian)1月份開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),承擔施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)電(dian)建設集團水(shui)電(dian)十(shi)四局經(jing)過(guo)(guo)近兩(liang)年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不間斷施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),克服了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊(jin)、任(ren)務重、地質(zhi)條件復雜多變(bian)等(deng)不利(li)客觀因素,以進度為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心,以質(zhi)量(liang)為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng),先后完(wan)成了(le)(le)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)邊坡的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開挖支護,導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)洞(dong)身段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開挖支護,進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)和(he)洞(dong)身段(duan)(duan)混凝(ning)(ning)土的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)澆筑(zhu),以及后續(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)灌漿工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),于今年(nian)9月底(di)完(wan)成全(quan)部施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務并順利(li)通過(guo)(guo)了(le)(le)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)驗收專家組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)驗收,具備分流(liu)過(guo)(guo)水(shui)條件。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),先后圓(yuan)滿完(wan)成了(le)(le)“導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)洞(dong)身段(duan)(duan)F3、F9等(deng)不良地質(zhi)斷層的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)越”、“導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)大跨(kua)度漸變(bian)段(duan)(duan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”、“進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)高邊坡快速施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”、“進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)大方量(liang)土石圍(wei)堰(yan)填筑(zhu)及拆除(chu)”等(deng)一系(xi)列具有較高科研價值(zhi)和(he)較高難度水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵部位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,為(wei)今后類似地質(zhi)條件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)積累了(le)(le)寶貴的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)驗,培(pei)養了(le)(le)大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專業技術(shu)人(ren)才,相關(guan)課題已經(jing)申報為(wei)科研課題立項進行研究。
