水(shui)電(dian)(dian)建設(she)(she)集團(tuan)以科技創新成(cheng)果,推(tui)動國內(nei)在建同類型最大(da)的(de)廣東(dong)惠州抽水(shui)蓄能電(dian)(dian)站建設(she)(she)速(su)度加快(kuai),目前(qian),工程按提(ti)前(qian)發電(dian)(dian)進度向前(qian)推(tui)進。
在(zai)惠蓄電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中,水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)建設集(ji)團(tuan)積極(ji)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)步,與天津大學共同(tong)完成(cheng)的(de)(de)“大型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程可(ke)(ke)視化仿真(zhen)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術及(ji)其工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程應(ying)用(yong)”技(ji)(ji)(ji)術成(cheng)果(guo),不僅可(ke)(ke)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)動態管(guan)理(li)(li)與控制提(ti)(ti)供一種科(ke)學方便的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)視化決策輔(fu)助工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具,而且(qie)對(dui)(dui)提(ti)(ti)高我(wo)國水(shui)(shui)利水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建設與管(guan)理(li)(li)現代化水(shui)(shui)平(ping)有劃(hua)時(shi)代的(de)(de)現實意義,推(tui)廣應(ying)用(yong)前景十分廣闊,榮(rong)獲國家科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)步二(er)(er)等(deng)獎。自主完成(cheng)的(de)(de)“300米級長斜(xie)(xie)井(jing)反井(jing)鉆異井(jing)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術研究(jiu)”、“電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)大型(xing)地下(xia)洞(dong)室群施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)動態實時(shi)控制系統(HX-CDM)研究(jiu)及(ji)應(ying)用(yong)”、“上置(zhi)式針梁鋼模在(zai)惠蓄電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)輸水(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)中的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)”技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,不僅為(wei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)快速度、高質量、保安(an)全提(ti)(ti)供了(le)(le)良好條件,解(jie)決了(le)(le)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術難(nan)題,而且(qie)為(wei)我(wo)國水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)地下(xia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術創新作出了(le)(le)貢獻。在(zai)斜(xie)(xie)井(jing)襯砌施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中,對(dui)(dui)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)集(ji)團(tuan)曾榮(rong)獲國家科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)步二(er)(er)等(deng)獎的(de)(de)“XHM-7型(xing)斜(xie)(xie)井(jing)滑模系統”進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)改進(jin)(jin)完善,使性能(neng)更(geng)加優越,提(ti)(ti)升了(le)(le)我(wo)國斜(xie)(xie)井(jing)滑模的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。
位于(yu)廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)惠州市博羅縣城(cheng)郊的(de)惠州抽(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)(xu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),是(shi)繼廣(guang)(guang)州抽(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)(xu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)后(hou)興建的(de)我國裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量(liang)(liang)最大(da)(da)(da)的(de)特大(da)(da)(da)型蓄(xu)(xu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)安裝(zhuang)國內單機(ji)最大(da)(da)(da)的(de)蓄(xu)(xu)能(neng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)可逆式機(ji)組8臺,每臺30萬(wan)千(qian)瓦,總容量(liang)(liang)240萬(wan)千(qian)瓦,與(yu)廣(guang)(guang)蓄(xu)(xu)相同(tong)規模,也分(fen)A、B兩廠房。不同(tong)的(de)是(shi)廣(guang)(guang)蓄(xu)(xu)兩期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)先(xian)后(hou)建設,惠蓄(xu)(xu)則兩期(qi)施(shi)工(gong)同(tong)時進行(xing),施(shi)工(gong)強度(du)大(da)(da)(da)。惠蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前期(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)2003年(nian)10月29日(ri)開(kai)工(gong),主(zhu)體工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)2005年(nian)1月10日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)。
目前(qian)(qian),上庫(ku)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出水口(kou)及閘(zha)門(men)井施工(gong)(gong)結束,上水庫(ku)已(yi)于今年4月16日提(ti)前(qian)(qian)1個(ge)半月下閘(zha)蓄(xu)水;下水庫(ku)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出水口(kou)于9月30日前(qian)(qian)完(wan)工(gong)(gong),提(ti)前(qian)(qian)半年具備下閘(zha)蓄(xu)水條件。A廠(chang)引水隧洞(dong)襯砌(qi)已(yi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入尾聲(sheng),除高壓隧洞(dong)正在加(jia)緊襯砌(qi)外,其他(ta)井、洞(dong)已(yi)襯砌(qi)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)。B廠(chang)引水隧洞(dong)等開(kai)挖(wa)于4月5日前(qian)(qian)先后(hou)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),正在進(jin)(jin)(jin)行后(hou)續施工(gong)(gong),廠(chang)房目前(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行第(di)五(wu)層(ceng)開(kai)挖(wa),整體工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)(jin)(jin)度按提(ti)前(qian)(qian)半年工(gong)(gong)期全面推進(jin)(jin)(jin)。機組安裝也依(yi)提(ti)前(qian)(qian)發電計劃順(shun)利進(jin)(jin)(jin)行。
