8月30日,大(da)(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶重工集團有限公司為中海集團建造(zao)(zao)的(de)29.8萬噸(dun)油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)3號船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)圓滿完成(cheng)三(san)大(da)(da)段對接(jie)。這是該公司繼在29.8萬噸(dun)油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、浮(fu)式生產儲油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)等(deng)產品上,成(cheng)功(gong)實施兩大(da)(da)段對接(jie)建造(zao)(zao)工藝后,取(qu)得(de)的(de)又一重大(da)(da)成(cheng)果。首次(ci)采(cai)用三(san)大(da)(da)段對接(jie)方法(fa)建造(zao)(zao)大(da)(da)型(xing)油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),不僅標志著大(da)(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶重工在大(da)(da)型(xing)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶建造(zao)(zao)工藝方法(fa)上取(qu)得(de)了新的(de)突破,同時也(ye)為提高我(wo)國船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶建造(zao)(zao)工藝水(shui)平(ping)增添了亮麗一筆(bi)。
大(da)連船(chuan)舶重工(gong)(gong)整合(he)重組后,合(he)理利用現有資源,不(bu)(bu)斷優化建造(zao)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和建造(zao)方法,最(zui)大(da)限度(du)為生(sheng)產提速、擴大(da)產能增添新的籌碼。經過(guo)前期的周密(mi)策劃(hua),今(jin)年初,公司決定在29.8萬(wan)噸油船(chuan)3號船(chuan)上采用三(san)大(da)段(duan)對接(jie)(jie)建造(zao)方法,以便更充分地利用現有造(zao)船(chuan)資源,提高(gao)生(sheng)產效率。以往的兩大(da)段(duan)對接(jie)(jie),艏(shou)半(ban)段(duan)和艉半(ban)段(duan)是(shi)在水(shui)上漂浮(fu)的狀態下落(luo)墩(dun),施工(gong)(gong)和對接(jie)(jie)難(nan)度(du)相(xiang)對減輕,而此次三(san)大(da)段(duan)(艏(shou)半(ban)段(duan)、艉半(ban)段(duan)、中(zhong)間平行(xing)體(ti))對接(jie)(jie),艏(shou)半(ban)段(duan)是(shi)在塢(wu)內原地不(bu)(bu)動的情況下,向艙室(shi)(shi)開艙放水(shui),既要保證該進(jin)水(shui)的艙室(shi)(shi)進(jin)水(shui)、不(bu)(bu)進(jin)水(shui)的艙室(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)進(jin)水(shui),又(you)要保證中(zhong)間平行(xing)體(ti)落(luo)墩(dun)狀態與艏(shou)半(ban)段(duan)落(luo)墩(dun)位(wei)置高(gao)低、前后保持(chi)平衡,這無疑大(da)大(da)增加(jia)了施工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)。
為確(que)保(bao)三(san)大段(duan)(duan)對接(jie)的(de)(de)成功實施(shi),大連船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)重工(gong)(gong)(gong)有針對性地加大了(le)生產組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)力度,改變了(le)以往塢墩的(de)(de)鋪設方法,下發了(le)新的(de)(de)塢墩鋪設管理(li)規定(ding),并加大了(le)每(mei)個墩位的(de)(de)檢查確(que)認(ren);針對艏半段(duan)(duan)是(shi)在(zai)塢內開艙(cang)放水環節,組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)相關部(bu)門進行了(le)三(san)級(ji)專(zhuan)(zhuan)檢確(que)認(ren)制,確(que)保(bao)一次放水成功。另外,從8月初開始(shi),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位不僅(jin)加大了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)計(ji)劃考核(he)的(de)(de)力度,而且圍繞三(san)大段(duan)(duan)對接(jie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)召開了(le)多次準備(bei)會議。每(mei)天對計(ji)劃的(de)(de)落實及時(shi)跟蹤,做(zuo)到日(ri)日(ri)統計(ji)、周(zhou)周(zhou)通報。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)上,采用專(zhuan)(zhuan)人專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)方法,保(bao)證對接(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作計(ji)劃無漏(lou)項(xiang)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)無遺漏(lou)、操作無錯誤。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)上,對該船(chuan)(chuan)艉半段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)船(chuan)(chuan)體吊裝(zhuang)、焊后消化、下水前施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)監控。
8月30日凌(ling)晨1:00,大連(lian)船(chuan)舶(bo)重工圓(yuan)滿完(wan)成了29.8萬噸3號船(chuan)三大段(duan)對接(jie)(jie)施工任(ren)務,整個施工時(shi)間比計劃(hua)提前了5個小時(shi),三大段(duan)對接(jie)(jie)效(xiao)果遠遠好于預期(qi)目標。
