8月30日,大(da)(da)(da)連(lian)船舶(bo)(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)集團有限公司(si)為中海集團建造的(de)29.8萬(wan)噸油(you)船3號船圓滿完成(cheng)三(san)大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)對接。這是(shi)該公司(si)繼在(zai)29.8萬(wan)噸油(you)船、浮式生產儲(chu)油(you)船等產品上,成(cheng)功實施(shi)兩大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)對接建造工(gong)藝(yi)后,取得的(de)又一重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)成(cheng)果(guo)。首次(ci)采用三(san)大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)對接方(fang)法建造大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)油(you)船,不(bu)僅(jin)標志著大(da)(da)(da)連(lian)船舶(bo)(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)在(zai)大(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)船舶(bo)(bo)建造工(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)法上取得了新的(de)突破,同時也為提高我國船舶(bo)(bo)建造工(gong)藝(yi)水平(ping)增添了亮(liang)麗一筆(bi)。
大(da)(da)連船舶重工(gong)整(zheng)合(he)重組后,合(he)理利(li)用現有資(zi)源,不斷(duan)優化建(jian)造(zao)(zao)工(gong)藝和建(jian)造(zao)(zao)方法,最大(da)(da)限度為生(sheng)產(chan)提(ti)速、擴大(da)(da)產(chan)能增添新的(de)籌碼(ma)。經過前(qian)期(qi)的(de)周密策劃,今年初,公司決定(ding)在29.8萬噸油船3號(hao)船上采用三大(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)(duan)對(dui)接建(jian)造(zao)(zao)方法,以便更充分地利(li)用現有造(zao)(zao)船資(zi)源,提(ti)高生(sheng)產(chan)效率。以往的(de)兩大(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)(duan)對(dui)接,艏半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)和艉半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)是在水(shui)上漂浮的(de)狀(zhuang)態下落(luo)墩,施工(gong)和對(dui)接難度相對(dui)減輕,而此次三大(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(艏半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)、艉半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)、中間(jian)平行體)對(dui)接,艏半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)是在塢內原地不動的(de)情(qing)況下,向艙(cang)室(shi)(shi)開艙(cang)放水(shui),既(ji)要(yao)保(bao)證該進(jin)水(shui)的(de)艙(cang)室(shi)(shi)進(jin)水(shui)、不進(jin)水(shui)的(de)艙(cang)室(shi)(shi)不進(jin)水(shui),又要(yao)保(bao)證中間(jian)平行體落(luo)墩狀(zhuang)態與艏半(ban)(ban)段(duan)(duan)(duan)落(luo)墩位置高低、前(qian)后保(bao)持平衡,這無疑大(da)(da)大(da)(da)增加了施工(gong)難度。
為確保三大段(duan)對接的(de)(de)成功(gong)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi),大連船舶(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)有(you)針對性地加大了(le)生產組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)力度(du),改變了(le)以往塢(wu)(wu)墩(dun)的(de)(de)鋪設方法,下發了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)塢(wu)(wu)墩(dun)鋪設管(guan)理(li)規定,并加大了(le)每(mei)個墩(dun)位的(de)(de)檢(jian)查(cha)確認;針對艏半段(duan)是在(zai)塢(wu)(wu)內開(kai)艙放水(shui)環節,組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)相(xiang)關部門(men)進行了(le)三級專(zhuan)檢(jian)確認制(zhi),確保一(yi)次放水(shui)成功(gong)。另外(wai),從8月(yue)初開(kai)始,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位不僅加大了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)計(ji)劃考核的(de)(de)力度(du),而(er)且(qie)圍繞三大段(duan)對接施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)召開(kai)了(le)多次準備(bei)會議。每(mei)天對計(ji)劃的(de)(de)落實(shi)及時跟蹤(zong),做到日日統計(ji)、周周通報。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上,采(cai)用專(zhuan)人專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方法,保證對接工(gong)(gong)作計(ji)劃無漏項(xiang)(xiang)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)無遺漏、操作無錯(cuo)誤。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)上,對該(gai)船艉半段(duan)的(de)(de)船體吊裝、焊(han)后消化、下水(shui)前施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目組織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)監控。
8月30日凌(ling)晨1:00,大連(lian)船舶重工圓滿完成了(le)29.8萬噸(dun)3號船三大段對接施工任務,整個施工時間比計劃提(ti)前了(le)5個小時,三大段對接效果遠遠好于預(yu)期目標。
