2月20日,江蘇常州供電(dian)公(gong)司裝表(biao)接(jie)電(dian)班班長梁曉冬一行來到(dao)“親情電(dian)力”社(she)區(qu)服務示范點——潤(run)德半島小區(qu),為該小區(qu)居民送上種類齊全(quan)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)宣傳(chuan)材料(liao),并對(dui)小區(qu)內的(de)老損表(biao)箱進行現場修復。這(zhe)是該公(gong)司面向(xiang)市民推出的(de)又(you)一人性化社(she)區(qu)服務舉措(cuo)。
據悉,常州供電(dian)公(gong)司(si)(si)目前有(you)179.6萬戶用電(dian)客戶,其中(zhong)居民客戶占83%左右,該公(gong)司(si)(si)始終將居民用電(dian)服務放在突出位置。早在2007年8月份(fen),該公(gong)司(si)(si)就在武進區(qu)(qu)建立(li)了社(she)區(qu)(qu)客戶經(jing)理制,確定了27名社(she)區(qu)(qu)客戶經(jing)理,運作一段時間(jian)后,居民反(fan)響較好,但(dan)由于人(ren)手有(you)限(xian)、個人(ren)專業知識所限(xian)等(deng),這一制度仍(reng)亟待(dai)完善(shan)。
2008年8月(yue),作為對(dui)社(she)(she)區客戶經理制(zhi)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)種完(wan)善與優化(hua),“親情(qing)(qing)電(dian)(dian)力”社(she)(she)區服(fu)務(wu)示范(fan)點(dian)應運(yun)而生(sheng)。該(gai)公司專(zhuan)門制(zhi)定新的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)流程,安(an)排(pai)專(zhuan)人(ren)(ren)負責對(dui)口解(jie)決(jue)示范(fan)點(dian)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)問(wen)題,對(dui)一(yi)(yi)些群眾普遍關心的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)問(wen)題進行及時、有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)答復和(he)解(jie)決(jue),并在每個示范(fan)點(dian)聘請小(xiao)(xiao)區的(de)(de)物管主(zhu)任或者(zhe)社(she)(she)區主(zhu)任擔任用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)聯絡員。相較(jiao)(jiao)于以前的(de)(de)客戶經理制(zhi),增(zeng)加(jia)了用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)聯絡員。用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)聯絡員對(dui)小(xiao)(xiao)區情(qing)(qing)況較(jiao)(jiao)為熟悉,便于掌(zhang)握第一(yi)(yi)手資料,一(yi)(yi)旦小(xiao)(xiao)區居(ju)民(min)有(you)什(shen)么用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)難題,可(ke)在第一(yi)(yi)時間將(jiang)情(qing)(qing)況反映(ying)到用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)聯絡員處,由其直接與供電(dian)(dian)企業(ye)專(zhuan)門負責人(ren)(ren)聯系,專(zhuan)門負責人(ren)(ren)再將(jiang)情(qing)(qing)況反映(ying)至相關部門,直接解(jie)決(jue)。供電(dian)(dian)企業(ye)專(zhuan)門負責人(ren)(ren)還可(ke)針(zhen)對(dui)各小(xiao)(xiao)區居(ju)民(min)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)共性情(qing)(qing)況,有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)性地指導(dao)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)。
社(she)(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)(qu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員主(zhu)要負(fu)責征集社(she)(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)(qu)客戶用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方面(mian)的(de)意見(jian)和建(jian)(jian)議(yi);配(pei)合供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)企業做(zuo)好電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)交(jiao)納、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力法律法規、安全用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)常識(shi)等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)宣傳工作(zuo);做(zuo)好計劃停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表更換、催費(fei)等(deng)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信息發布(bu)工作(zuo);做(zuo)好社(she)(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)(qu)現場服務、走訪(fang)的(de)協調工作(zuo)。社(she)(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)(qu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員的(de)設置,方便了供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)企業面(mian)對面(mian)聽取社(she)(she)(she)區(qu)(qu)(qu)和居(ju)民(min)客戶用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)意見(jian)和建(jian)(jian)議(yi)。
截至目前,已有紅(hong)梅西村(cun)、清(qing)潭新(xin)村(cun)等(deng)(deng)20個小(xiao)區成為(wei)“親情(qing)電(dian)(dian)力”社區服務(wu)示范點(dian)。一年多來,常州供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司多次走(zou)進(jin)各小(xiao)區,及時提(ti)供(gong)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)信息預告、現場辦理用(yong)電(dian)(dian)業務(wu),進(jin)行上門慰問、免費(fei)搶修等(deng)(deng)。同(tong)時還舉行電(dian)(dian)氣知(zhi)識講(jiang)座,組建(jian)社區用(yong)電(dian)(dian)服務(wu)隊,為(wei)老紅(hong)軍、軍烈屬、孤寡老人等(deng)(deng)免費(fei)提(ti)供(gong)服務(wu)。
今年,該公(gong)司將繼續推(tui)進(jin)“親情電力”社區服務(wu)示范點建(jian)設,加強與社區的聯(lian)動,在用電信息公(gong)告(gao)、用電知識宣(xuan)傳上依托(tuo)社區,幫助培訓社區電工(gong),從而更廣泛(fan)地收(shou)集居民(min)用電訴(su)求,更好地服務(wu)居民(min)客戶。
